Apartment ideally located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Located less than 300 meters from two metro stations. 10min by metro from Gare de L'Est, direct line. Two bedroom apartment with all comforts. Completely renovated, the accommodation is close to all shops. You can rest very calm. Neat decoration, very clean housing. Possibility garage on request.

The apartment was well stoked and furnished with everything you need to feel at home. It was close to the metro and directly across the street from a grocery store which was very convenient. The host was friendly and very responsive. We were confused about the washer and he was there in five minutes to help us out.

The apartment is really clean, spacious and affordable, we liked the location and it’s so easy to jump on the metro to get around. The host is very kind and responsive, I recommend staying there especially if you prefer to be not in a tourist area, and there’s lots of places to eat nearby

Cute little apartment. Perfect for our group, 3 adults and a baby. Close to metro. Lots of cafes in the area. We had an isse with the washing machine. Called the landlord. He was there in 5 minutes and got us on oir way!! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a great stay for a young family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. You can buy groceries right across the street, the metro is close, and we found some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Ninh is a great host and very responsive to questions and anything you might need.

This property was fun to stay in with a family with two kids. The bunk beds were a hit. The clothes washer came in vary handy as this was a stop in the middle of a trip. The convenience of a grocery store across the street, several restaurants in the area, and two metro stops nearby make this accommodation a great selection!

We were 4 adults over 65 years. The apartment was just as advertised. It is an older apartment, sufficiently equipped and furnished and comfortable. It has a kitchen, which we used for making breakfast. There are two bedrooms; one (as advertised) has a bunk bed, not a problem for a nimble senior. The location was very good for us, as some activities of the Olympics were close by, although most we attended were elsewhere around Paris. The metro is close, so transport not a problem. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores and bakeries close by. The main tourist attractions such as Notre Dame are about 30 minutes by Metro, but of course it depends upon where you want to go. The apartment is on a busy street, but windows are well insulated so noise levels were not a problem for us. We also knew this about the location. We drove to Paris, so a big bonus for us was that we could park our car in a very secure underground garage across the street. The charge was only an additional 10 Euros per day. I would like to also add that the owner, Mr. Ninh Vu, is very friendly and helpful. He was very easy to work with. He communicated well about the rental, and was on sit when we arrived and departed to make sure everything went smoothly. So, definitely a very good experience. If the opportunity were to present itself to return to Paris, we would stay here again.

Apartment had everything needed, from towels to dishes and silverware. Mr Vu checked us in and explain how things worked. Many restaurants and take out places with walking distance as well the Metro

A well equipped and homy apartment that was in the perfect location, close to restaurants, transportation and the canal st Martin. Ninh the host was most welcoming and personable. Super prompt communication. We loved our stay there and would go again anytime! Highly recommend.

The apartment is well placed if your looking for easy access to the metro line 5 station Laumiere (5 min walk), Park de la Villette (nice canal15 min walk), Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (7 min walk). Also has a few good open markets, Marcher Jean Jaures, and Marché de Joinville all within a 10 min walk, or hop on the metro for a short ride and hop off station (Bréguet-Sabin) to Marcher Bastille, one of the best open markets in Paris, (all markets are only open on Thursday, and Sunday) You can easily get to the heart of Paris in 30-35 min even during rush hour. There is a grocery store right across the street, bars, restaurants, boulangeries, boucheries all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean and has all the basic amenities you should need.The apartment is situated on a noisy busy street, the noise can be a bit much with open windows, but it's drastically reduced to comfortable levels when closed. On hot days, every room is equipped with a fan which does keep the apartment at tolerable temperatures, even with the street side windows shut. All of the kitchen appliances work and you are provided with ample pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery. ( I mention this because many B&B, in my experience, provide you with the bare minimum cheap kitchen utensils if you're lucky). Plenty on towels, althoug they are a bit small, and the bunk bed slats need some attention (I'm told he will fix it asap) Over all I don't have much to complain about this place. Highly recommended

We had an excellent week in Paris staying at Ninh’s VRBO. He was readily available, communicative and helpful. The property was easily accessible and suitable for our family of four for the week. It was homey, bright, and close to the metro and grocery store. There wasn’t a lot of storage onsite (cupboards and drawers full of owners’ belongings) and the fridge didn’t work all that well. But those were minor inconveniences for us - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay!

The location of the apartment was really convenient. Lots of amenities nearby. Canal 5 minutes walk away was a lovely spot. It's on a main road with lots of emergency vehicles passing, so it can be noisy but this is obviously not in the control of the host. Host was kind, helpful and was there to show us around at arrival. Thank you

It a great stay, and Ninh was an amazing host! We really enjoyed the space and it was perfect for the four of us. Ninh was extremely responsive the whole time, and went above and beyond to help us out. The location is amazing - a three minute walk to the metro.

Location was very close to two metro stations, grocery store, and other food markets. Host met us in person to help locate the apartment and showed us around. Only downside was the apartment needed some cleaning attention as we found some dirty dishes in the cabinet and trash under the beds. We attempted to send a message about check out and never heard back.

A great area with a lot of shops, restaurants and traffic infrastructure. The philharmony is in walking distance - try to get a last minute ticket! (We succeeded). If you like to cycle: bring your helmet and log into the fantastic Vélib' system to explore the city. Absolutely great is the route next to the canal. The apartment is absolutely clean and very comfy. Good mattresses, spacious interior and a lot of equipment in the kitchen. The landlord is great: very helpful and reliable. We will definitely come back!!!

The 4 of us had a wonderful stay in Paris with Ninh. The apartment was just perfect for us. It's 5 stops on the metro from Gare du Nord (Eurostar), half way between Ourcq and Laumiere stops on line 5. We stayed in August and the heat was a bit tough to deal with for a few days, but that's common for lots of accommodation in Paris. Ninh was very kind and generous with us. With young kids, the apartment was great. Thank you Ninh.

This was our first stop on our month long European adventure. Ninh Vu is an excellent host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment had everything it said and everything we needed. The Monoprix across the street is a big plus. I went three times one morning because I kept forgetting things.

Mr. Vu is an excellent host. He explained the apartment and surrounding area well. He was very patient with my very marginal French language skills. The apartment was a nice size for myself and my two teens. Close to Lumiere Metro station. @ 30 minutes from the major Parisian tourist attractions. The Metro trains run every 2-3 minutes on average; RER trains also run frequently. There is a very good bakery about two blocks away on Rue de Meaux, and a good creperie is nearby as well. If you think you're going to use the washing machine, make sure to ask for a tutorial as French washing machines are VERY different than those in the United States and there's a definite learning curve. Regarding the 19th arrondissement, one might see some reviews of the 19th as 'bad' or 'unsafe'. I never felt unsafe in this neighborhood in the 19th arr. Can't speak to other neighborhoods in the 19th. It strikes me as being an eclectic mix of young people and immigrants. Definitely not as touristy as other areas, and to us, that was a good thing. There's much more to Paris than the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. I recommend this apartment and this host.

The apartment was very clean, and the owner was very friendly. Even though it was quite hot while we were in Paris, the apartment stayed comfortably cool. It is a quick metro ride to Gare du Nord from which you can get almost anywhere in the city. Would recommend this affordable apartment!
