Great option to visit Paris in a smooth and spontaneous way!
The Landlord was unbelievably kind! We got great sight seeing advice as well as some tips vor hidden spots in Paris. The check in and check out was very smooth, easy and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed stay. Host was kind and location good, but room was small, uncomfortable, overpriced
The host was polite and welcoming, she met us personally when we arrived. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood is quite nice, with the metro just 7–10 minutes away on foot. There are also shops, coffee places, and cafes nearby where you can have a decent breakfast for a reasonable price
Out of all the photos shown on the website, only two were of the actual room, which didn’t give a clear idea of what it really looks like (the rest were pics of shared areas). The room we were given turned out to be on the basement level (-1), very small, with very poor air conditioning and almost no windows. There was no proper bed - just mattresses placed directly on the floor. We had originally booked a room with two separate beds, but instead there was one double mattress on the floor (it was also uncomfortable to sleep at it). The room also lacked basic things such as a trash bin, TV. The soundproofing was very poor, although we were lucky that the neighbors were quiet. Overall, I find the price too high for this type of accommodation, especially considering it’s a hostel format with shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

Emplacement super à proximité des commerces, des transports et du parc des Buttes Chaumont. Logement moderne, propre, confortable et bien équipé. Hôte sympathique et disponible. Le chauffage au sol a été particulièrement apprécié en cette période hivernale !
J'aime bien les logements partagés en temps normal, dommage qu'une famille pas très discrète soit arrivée en cours de séjour !
