Being on the tenth floor, we had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Some great eateries were close by.

Nothing comes to mind.

Cheap, parking included, metro is easy to reach

Location is not great, parking spot is very tiny and hard to reach/risky with a big car, matress is hard, shared kitchen, noisy neighbours

I rated this place highly, mainly because of the person behind it. I recognise the effort, and it’s clear that he is doing his best to create a good experience for guests. The location is great, especially with the subway so close by (5-10 minutes walk), which makes getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, and I actually found the layout, with two separate rooms, quite nice. I also think this property offers very good value for money. It’s important to be clear that this is not a luxury experience, but the price reflects that, and for what you pay, it is worth it.

To start with something minor, better and additional towels would significantly enhance the experience. Ideally, providing a full set (for body, hair, hands/face, and a bath mat for the floor, which can be slippery) would make a noticeable difference in comfort. More importantly, I feel it is necessary to mention an issue with the bathroom. If there is a known fault with the plumbing, it should be communicated to guests in advance. During my stay, I experienced an incident that was quite alarming. While I appreciate that the host responded quickly and resolved the situation, the experience itself was stressful and left me feeling uncomfortable. Issues like this should ideally be fixed permanently. In the meantime, I believe guests should be informed beforehand, as it affects both comfort and the sense of safety during the stay.

The unit is walking distance from the metro in the outskirts of Paris. There are several shops (supermarkets, bakeries) around the entrance to metro so it was easy to buy food, etc.

Please note: This is an apartment that has been converted in separate AirBnB type units. There is a common hallway and kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has locks added to the doors to separate them. Inside the units, the balconies have been closed in to create the sitting space (where there is a small cafe table/chairs). There is no airconditioning (as this is not a hotel but a converted apartment). My unit was self-contained, but the other unit has a separate toilet and separate room for shower and washing macine. The plumbing from the bedroom (which contains a private ensuite washroom with toilet/sink/shower) is connected directly to the plumbing of the separate toilet. When the plumbing became clogged (I could hear the person in the other toilet using a plunger to try to unclog it), raw sewage began to back up into my washroom, including coming up through the drain in the shower and seeping up through the tiles in the floor. I messaged the owner who had somene come out within an hour or two to fix it. However, on reading other reviews, it seems that this is an ongoing problem.
