The location, the kitchen, the fact that there are 2 separate rooms
TV not working, reparations foreseen during our stay (not for the TV) and announced only the day before, no toilet paper available, too late checkin

The location was amazing, quiet and clean

The location was great. Very close to restaurants and ice cream at night. There is Starbucks 5 mins away. Very easy to walk to everywhere or take subway.
Very late check in time. 5pm is so late when you arrive from far away and are tired. We were able to drop off bags at 12 noon which was helpful. Something to keep in mind when traveling.
