Fabulous apartment, would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing place. Lovely apartment with everything you could want provided. Lots of space for our family of 3. Very clean and full of character. The neighbourhood was really fantastic as well, lots of lovely little shops and the metro just round the corner.

A memorable weekend.

It was quiet. All three beds were comfortable, even the fold out one! The 17th arrondissement has everything, good restaurants, cafes, shops, a park and the metro is just round the corner from the apartment.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and overall very good, but the bed was a big issue. It made a lot of noise with every slight movement, to the point of being really irritating. My infant, who was sleeping in his cot, woke up almost 10 times during the night every time I moved even a little. This completely disturbed our sleep and made the stay difficult. Other than that, everything was great – clean, well-maintained and perfect. If they fix the noisy bed, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Great apartment in nice area. Helpful host.

This apartment has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable space for a family. The owner is very very helpful. Communication is excellent. Ivan will provide you with all the access information you need as well as travel and recommendations for places to eat. The local area has a nice buzzing vibe to it. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bakers, supermarkets, and the local indoor fresh food market. A few minutes walk to metro station and then easy access to the centre of Paris. It's really nice to come back to the area at night to eat and relax. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, with generous touches such as tea bags, coffee pods, lots of toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, soap etc. It has some lovely decorations and feels homely. Towels provided. The courtyard at the back, whilst not somewhere you can really sit as it is small and overlooked by other apartments, is nice to look at. We would stay again, and it is comforting to know Ivan is easily contactable.

Be aware that the courtyard is not set up for sitting and socialising.

It is a beautiful two bedroom, small apartment with lots of eatries nearby and metro is just 100 Meter away to go anywhere in place, i can call an excellent place to stay. The host was super helpful and responsive.

Very charmy apparnent, super well equipped and friendly and responsive hoast!

The cozy atmosphere it displayed conquered us from the beginning. Smartly arranged and equipped, all you need for a short visit to the amazing city of Paris!

Brillant. Everything from food choice, travel, safety, tourist spots was accessible.

Communication with the host was excellent, before and during our stay. The location was amazingly central to the city centre with loads of food outlets nearby also. For a family with 4 kids (age 6-14), we were very comfortable with full kitchen/laundry facilities. Wifi/Netflix were standard and on day one we were able to drop our bags early. We met the lady who was getting the appartement ready and she was so pleasant, warm and charming. The metro was a few steps away and on 2 occasions we walked into the city. The Arc de Triomphe is 30 mins walk away. For us with kids, the place and area was quite and safe. Everything in the apartment had a purpose. It was like a home from home. Lovely pastry shops on the corner and supermarket nearby and while the city itself was very busy, bagitnolles was chilled and relaxed.

As a holiday let, this apartment exceeded expectations.

Comfortable cheerful stay in great neighborhood

My friend and I loved staying at this compact-but-big-enough-for-everything-we-needed, comfortable apartment. The two small bedrooms are only separated by a thin sliding door but afforded exactly the right level of privacy. We appreciated the airy well-lit & super well-equipped kitchen. The instructions for entry & departure & everything in-between were very clear. We loved getting to know the Batignolles neighborhood a little. Ivan’s suggestions for shopping & dining were absolutely on-point. Would love to stay here again.

Lots of fantastic amenities nearby - amazing bakeries, great supermarket, fantastic restaurants. Very well connected by public transport - easy to get into the centre of town.

We didn't find the beds hugely comfortable (as we are used to sprung mattresses, rather than foam ones), but were definitely more than adequate for a few nights' stay.

If it weren't for the issue with the sheets, I would have no complaints about this stay.

the transportation is very convenient, with the subway station within walking distance. The room is very clean, especially the floor expect the bed. The facilities are complete, and communication with Ivan is very easy. The room is basically as described.

Perhaps Ivan's cleaner was negligent while cleaning the room. The entire room is very clean, but it seems that the sheets on both beds were not changed, even though they were neatly made. I found quite a few hairs from the previous guest on the duvet and sheets of the smaller bed. I hope Ivan can communicate with the cleaner to prevent the same issue from happening again.

Perfect way to end our 5 weeks trip. Fantastic apartment and very approachable lovely host.

Location, very handy area/quartier, metro station 400m away, lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment in itself, it had everything you could think of and more! 2 bedrooms was a luxury! And all the bits and pieces in the kitchen to make ourselves some lovely meals.

Short stopover, excellent value, better than expected.

Beautiful set up. Very comfortable and large beds. One adult slept on the lounge bed and was very comfortable. Very modern. Very close to shops, large grocery store a 2 min walk away with many restaurants around. Felt very safe at night time, positive vibe in the area. Very close to Metro. Ivan was a terrific host and was able to help us leave our bags there earlier than check in. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value - 10/10 for sure!

Very well designed apartment.

The location is very close to the subway. It is also very close to restaurants and supermarkets. It’s not easy to find an apartment with two beds plus a sofa bed at that price. Although the apartment is not big, it is adequate for a family of 4, and it’s Paris after all, so I do expect room sizes to be smaller. It is very well designed with everything available such as dishwasher, cooking stuff, washing machine with drying function. Most importantly, there is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a Netflix TV. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Ivan in preparing such a nice apartment.

In a perfect world, I would like a bigger bathroom and toilet. But it’s not a big issue for us.

If you are new to Paris this is a fantastic spot for a family. Ivan was extremely helpful.

He left detailed instructions on how to get to the place as well as how to get in the apartment. If I had any questions he was very quick to respond via WhatsApp.

Very nice apartment far from center but 2 minutes walk from metro. Quite, clean, well equipped. Many restaurants around. We were 2 adults , 4 children, there were 3 double beds ( one is sofa in livingroom). The host was exceptional nice and helped us with everything we asked ( even called the taxi service to verify they will come to pick us on time)

Comfortable and beautifully renovated flat with excellent access to metro and parks

The apartment is beautifully renovated and you can see the effort and pride the owner has in this little gem. The two bedrooms are good size and the lounge sofa sleeper couch is enormous with a very comfortable mattress. The finishings are good and the apartment is very quiet despite facing a road. The location is excellent with Brochant metro station just a few paces from the door and there are enough shops for groceries and other essentials. My family really loved the park that was just down the road. One of the very best parts of this stay is the communcation with Ivan who was always available and helpful. He also has a file full of really interesting palces to eat, things to do etc in the flat.

I find it difficult to find fault with this accommodation. One thing that we did find was that for our washing (there were 4 of us), a clothes lines might be good however the heated towel rack in the bathroom did just fine.

Super location and base to visit beauty Paris

Location- super, nearby restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops. Metro station Brochant on the corner, easy to get to most famous objects within 20 mins. Apartament- cleany, firendly, safety. Kitchen well equiped. Two bedrooms, each one with double bad. Wardrobe, new TV, table for eating, sofa. Host - Ivan is n touch, interested and helpful. There is also printed script for guests with many informations.

Wir hatten nicht mit so einer großen, hellen und sauberen Wohnung gerechnet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher dufteten frisch. Es war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Schulkinder perfekt eingerichtet. Wir benötigten nach einem kleinen Malheuer frische Bettwäsche, was unkompliziert gelang. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und immer telefonisch erreichbar. In dieser Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Z.B. verschiedene Sorten Tee, Kaffee, Küchenutensilien wie Zucker, Salz, Gewürze, Öl, auch reichlich Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Seife. Ich denke nicht, daß es in dieser Fielfalt normal ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße ohne viel Lärm und war wohl mal ein Einkaufsladen. Sie ist ruhig, es gibt einen Hinterhof mit viel Grün und sauberen Mülltonnen. Man kann zu Fuß um die Ecke zum Super U laufen ( Einkaufsladen mit Bäcker ) und ist in 5 Minuten an der Metrostation Brouchant, Linie 13. Diese Linie durchquert Paris westlich in Nord/Süd Richtung. Man fährt ohne umzusteigen zu allen größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Wlan schwächelt abends, aber das ist wohl normal in Paris. Alle am Handy und hat nichts mit der Vermietung zu tun. Wir sind das aus Deutschland gewohnt. Am Ende durften wir noch länger bleiben, weil der Transfer zum Flughafen erst 11.30 Uhr erfolgte. Vielen Dank Iva, es hat uns und den Enkelkindern sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen.

Adresse a garder dans son mémo car très bien.

Parfait. Logement très bien équipé (serviettes, draps, pantoufle, café/thé etc. tout comme à la maison), car nous avons voyagé très léger en avion. Nous avons même pu poser nos valises et partir nous promener le temps que le ménage soit terminé (Merci à Wafa la femme de ménage). Logement très propre et assez grand pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. L'hôte est très réactif et gentil. Métro et super u à quelques minutes à pied c'est idéal.

Tesiste her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüş, çamaşır makinesi olması çok iyiydi. Mutfak çok yeterliydi. Banyo güzeldi. Ev konforundaydı.

Tek bir oda ahşap kapı ile bölünerek iki odaya çevrilmiş, ses geçirgendi. Yatak altındaki karyola benzeri şey rahatsız ediciydi. Küflenmişti ve konforlu değildi. Banyo ve tuvaletin ayrı olması kullanışlı değildi. Eşyalar için konulacak küçük de olsa bir dolap mevcut değildi. Sadece bir kaç askı ve askılık mevcuttu.
