Lovely and comfy, perfect for the price.

Small but has everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot. There was a small kitchen, which was handy for making tea and coffee and keeping wine chilled. Nice and quiet and easy instructions for check in. It is closer to Daumesnil metro station (5min walk) than it is Nation (15 min walk) but both are perfect for getting in and out of the city. Nice restaurants and shops close by too.

Avoid at all costs

There was absolutely nothing I enjoyed about this property.

If I could rate this accommodation zero stars that would still be too generous. We entered the apartment to an awful smell and immediately noticed dirty dishes in the sink and that the trash can/rubbish bin under the sink was full (including a meat packet). Things only got worse from there... Dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door and a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. There were no clean towels. Hair on the shower screen and bathroom walls and rubbish in the shower. The screen did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. We then noticed that the 2 bedroom apartment I booked was in fact only a 1 bedroom with no second fold out bed. Let's talk about the bed... The sheets were crumpled like someone had just slept in them and there was black hair on one of the pillowcases. Disgusting. Needless to say, we did not shower this night and slept on top of the bed covers! I immediately contacted the reception via WhatsApp (they don't have a physical reception) and after more than 12 hours I finally received a response. I was told I could move to another apartment a distance away. Given we were in Paris for less than 48 hours and this was impracticable and a completely unreasonable option for the accommodation to suggest. We explored Paris for as long as we could on this day so that we did not have to return to the disgusting room. When we returned that evening the dirty towels had been removed and replaced with clean ones and the rubbish removed from the bin under the kitchen sink. The rest of the apartment remained untouched (i.e. dirty!). We checked in on Monday 29 September 2025 and out on Wednesday 1 October 2025. Since returning to Australia on 4 October I have been communicating with the hotel via email and was offered a measly 20% refund. Given the state of the room (let's not even include the fact there was only 1 bed when I booked 2) I felt justified in receiving a full refund but appreciate this was not likely going to happen.

We really liked the Location, we felt really save in the neighborhood and that the building wasn't directly on the main street. The calm lighting in the whole room was also something we did enjoy.

Weird smell in the whole apartment, especially in the bathroom. The bed was horrid, pls invest in normal beds. No room service/fresh towels

Functional appartment good for an overnight stay

Clear instructions for location and access codes. Appartment was clean and no bad smell. Staff was communicating well and promptly on messages.

The appartment is quite small. Feels cramped for a longer stay. We were only staying overnight in transit so it was ok. No coffee pods or tea bags provided. One of the towels had holes from wear. One of the cups was chipped. For the nearly 300 euro price per night I expected better.

Very functional apartments

The small apartments are very functional. They have everything you need. Also, it’s close to supermarkets and a great boulangerie

All good, only if you need to take the metro from Nation, it’s a 20 minutes walk (which should be taken into account if travelling with people that can’t walk too much)

Hôtel calme dans une cour d'immeuble. Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Hôtel sans personnel, il a fallu que j'attends 15min avant de pouvoir entrer (je n'avais pas reçu les codes) Localisation Booking est fausse, erreur entre rue et boulevard (15min de marche plus loin).

C'etait parfait pour ma part.

Appartement bien situé dans une arrière cour , pas de bruit extérieur . Gare de Lyon très proche forcément accés aux bus ,métros très pratique et non loin du parc de Vincennes pour faire balade ou sport ,commodités autour pour des courses . Pour moi c'était très bien.

Manquent des ustensiles de cuisines ,grille pain .

Bon séjour dans un studio très étudié et très propre plus adapté à une étape professionnelle.

Emplacement fonctionnel près de la place Daumesnil dans un quartier très calme avec des commerces et un métro proche. Le studio était très propre et les aménagements de qualité. prix adapté.

Le coté pratique des lieux avec trois portes et des codes différents à chaque fois. Un local peu pratique pour un séjour de tourisme probablement plus adapté pour une courte étape professionnelle. Le lit par exemple ne dispose d'aucune table de nuit ni de prises proches.

Quelle déception !!

Annonce absolument mensongère. On nous annonce "appartement Reuilly 2" et on se retrouve dans "salle Carnavalet". Au téléphone, la jeune femme, très sympathique mais gênée, insiste pour que nous utilisions le code pour cette salle, qui semble s'être subtilisée à un appartement Reuilly 2 qui n'apparaît que sur les consignes envoyées. Sur les photos, un lit double ET un lit d'une personne apparaissaient. En réalité, il n'y avait qu'un lit double, et encore, une sorte de lit-cage qui se replie à la verticale. Aucune prise électrique près du lit, il fallait se lever pour trouver un éclairage. Je suis très surprise que Booking propose cet établissement dans un 4 étoiles ! C'est sans doute idéal pour du co-working, mais c'est tout. 2 étoiles tout au plus. Pour 150 euros la nuit, c'est scandaleux.

A éviter absolument.

L'accueil a été déplorable. Nous sommes arrivés après 15h (heure d'accès) mais n'avions reçu aucune instruction. Nous avons appelé la plateforme 5 fois et avons parlé avec 5 personnes différentes auxquelles nous avons dû réexpliquer notre situation. Il nous a été demandé de remplir un formulaire (très pratique sur le tel) sur lequel il fallait rentrer une pièce d'identité (que nous n'avons jamais réussi à charger). Après 45 minutes d'attente dans le froid et sous la pluie devant la grille de l'immeuble, nous avons reçu le code. Le logement est petit, très minimaliste, la literie dure, les draps rèches. J'ai rarement l'habitude de mettre des commentaires négatifs mais là c'était le pompon...

Carino ma...

Struttura carina, vicino alla metropolitana e a buone bulangerie. Le stanze che abbiamo avuto noi (ce ne hanno date due perché la stanza, con due letti, un matrimoniale e un letto per il bambino di 4 anni, che avevamo prenotato non era più disponibile) erano confortevoli.

Purtroppo una settimana prima di partire ci hanno detto che il trilocale che avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo non era più disponibile e che quindi avremmo avuto due stanze: io o il mio compagno avremmo dovuto dormire con nostro figlio di 4 anni nell'altro appartamento. Richiesta un po' assurda per quanto mi riguarda, anche perchè non c'era nemmeno la possibilità di avere una spondina per non farlo cadere. Le stanze avevano tre gradini, in una i gradini erano angolari e quindi di grandezza diversa e al buio con un bambino piccolo può essere pericoloso. I bagni sono funzionali, ma ciechi.

Très bien situé, proche d’une station de métro. Bien que l’entrée principale paraissent très vieux mais arrivé à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. L’appartement très propre et bien ranger. Petit bémol c’est trop étroit et petit🙂

Le retard du Check-in dans l’appartement. L’hôte nous a dit que l’appartement sera prêt pour 15h en sachant que nous on été là depuis 12h on a attendu sans problème. Au environ de 13h il m’envoie un mail pour dire que l’accès à l’appartement sera que à partir de 17h en sachant qu’on était dehors depuis 3h puff très déçu de l’organisation. Mais au moins le service d’accueille la dame très gentille et compréhensive.

Ça suffisait comme endroit à dormir.

Il y avait beaucoup de prises. Le frigo a marché bien. Le lit était très comfortable.

Presque toutes les lampes sont controllé avec un seul interrupteur à côté de la porte au but de couloir. Il n'y a pas de clime et comme il faisait très chaud, on doit ouvrir la fenêtre mais c'était impossible de la garder ouverte. Il y'avait un ventilateur au plafond mais ça ne faisait pas grande chose.

Nous recommandons cet appartement pour de courts séjours.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche du métro et des commerces. Il est en retrait du boulevard et donc très calme la nuit. Les indications fournies sont très claires et permettent d'accéder au logement sans difficulté. La literie est bonne tout comme la douche. L'ensemble est très fonctionnel, il y a des rangements suffisants.

La quantité de vaisselle est très juste mais néanmoins suffisante. Les sanitaires sont un peu exigus.

Je ne félicite pas Booking pour ses informations erronées !

Pour avoir déjà séjourné dans un établissement de cette chaîne je n'avais pas de doute sur la qualité des prestations. Propre, calme, à proximité des commerces.

La mauvaise information de la localisation sur le plan. Grosse perte de temps pour trouver le logement, le tout sous une pluie diluvienne et avec des bagages ! L'hébergement n'était qu'à 8 mn à pied, encore fallait il avoir la bonne information.

Torniamo a casa felici dell'esperienza vissuta.

La struttura si trova a 2 minuti dalla stazione Daumesnil della metro M6, perfetta per sfruttare al massimo tutto quello che ha da offrire Parigi, aereporto e Disneyland compresi. Vicinissimo alla struttura sono presenti varie boulangerie e patisserie dove far colazione, un ristorante dove mangiare la sera e a 5 minuti addirittura un grande Auchan se volete mangiare a casa. L'appartamento offre i servizi indicati, gli spazi sono ridotti ma adeguati alla cifra spesa e funzionali per chi deve trascorrere una settimana di ferie in visita nella città. I letti sono comodi, il bagno è un po' stretto ma la doccia è comoda. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema tecnico che non ha intaccato la qualità della nostra vacanza, ma Apartments WS ha saputo venirci incontro e, se avvertiti per tempo, sono sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni problema. Un consiglio: stampate e tenete sempre con voi i codici di accesso per le porte/portoni e quando uscite di casa la mattina fate silenzio e ascoltate il cinguettio; i palazzoni vi riparano dal rumore del traffico e il verde permette agli uccellini di allietare le vostre vacanze.
