Гарний інтерʼєр, чисто, все є для комфортного проживання. Хороший район, поруч метро і супермаркет.
Коли я була в Парижі була жара 35 градусів і квартира дуже нагрівалась на сонці через що там було дуже жарко. В квартирі є маленький вентилятор але він не спас сильно. В душі було складно налаштувати температуру (не крутився кран) через що я милась в дуже гарячій воді.

1- The apartment is clear and sunny 2- Very friendly area 3- Access to public transportation is perfect. 4- "Le marché" Tuesday and Friday is fantastic 5- The small (inaccessible) garden.
1- The presence of trash bin just at the entrance of the corridor leading to the apartments (Lisa, Elisa, ...) 2- Heating: Absence of explanation regarding the heating of the "room" and the unit in the bathroom. 3- Kitchen Equipment are randomly placed in the apartment. A creative solution is needed! 4- The bathroom lacks holders for toilet tools, soap, shampoo, paper (A creative solution is needed here too)
