There were limited services, eg bar or restaurant, but that’s part of the B&B deal. It’s a luxury hotel at a great price!

The hotel is nice; it has a good location if you visit Saint Moritz. Excellent breakfast. We got an upgrade, and the room was wonderful.

The reception is closed in the evening; we had difficulties accessing the wifi and no water in the room, but nobody could help.

Way too expensive with no service and facilities coz they closed or selfservice

The room and hotel was very clean and nicely designed

Its way overpriced.. the indoor pool is only open for a few hours a day... fortunately at 7pm it was already closed.. does not make sence it would have been so nice after tracking to have a relaxed swim.. not much staff is around they try to save money everywhere and still charging a suoer high price

Fresh, modern elegance, spacious room and bathroom with innovative, subtle lighting details, beautifully appointed. property is magnificent, sprawling underground hallways leading to pool, spa, saunas. Breakfast included is of highest quality local breads, fruits, yogurts, grains, eggs, meats and cheeses.

Property is located in Champfir, about 2k out of St. Moritz. Lovely location, and actually I prefer in many ways being out of the center of things. Only issue for us was dinner…. off season only one restaurant open in Champfir, and it is open just a few days of the week, and has a Michelin star. If you have a car, no problem. If you don’t you depend on busses (which are excellent and dependable) but reduce frequency at night. Hôtel has 3 restaurants but they are only open December-March, winter season.

Very classy hotel with gorgeous interior design

location is perfect. We booked the suite and it was spacious and gorgeous.The design and furnishings of the hotel are simply exquisite. Would definitely stay again.

All was great except check out. We were in a hurry and nobody was on reception so I wanted to just leave our keys. When a member of staff showed up at reception she told me the city tax was outstanding and the parking This further delayed us. Maybe consider putting a. no the in set the door the evening before.

Great room size and fabulous breakfast. staff super helpful. Plus free mountain passes!

We could not figure out the lights in the room - had to switch all off and make way to bed in darkness! also no idea about the aircon but slept with windows open so all good! overall a welcome pack/book with instructions would have been helpful.

I've been in summer, in which it works as B&B: I was upgraded to the suite, amazing and spacious room, SPA was really good, breakfast perfect. Very Nice hotel, looking forward to see it in winter

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent, just a shame the time to use the pool was limited to the lat afternoon. We were 4 people so we were allocated connecting rooms with a privacy entrance which was great. The lovely terrace.

It's a shame that not one of the 3 restaurants was open, so we pretty much had to drive anywhere to eat (I suppose that's why it's called B&B). Choice in Champfer is very limited. If you like rock hard beds, then you'll love these beds.
