Absolutely AMAZING & OUTSTANDING stay!

From the very first moment, Art Boutique Hotel Monopol exceeded every single expectation. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Even before our arrival, the team proactively got in touch to ask about any specifics, preferences, or arrangements we might need — a level of care that immediately stood out. They went on to take care of most of our activity reservations, making the entire trip smooth, stress-free, and perfectly organized. The shuttle car pick-up from our arrival point was seamless and punctual, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. Check-in was effortless, warm, and welcoming the staff are genuinely friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. What truly impressed us is how the team did their absolute best to assist with everything: directions and guidance around St. Moritz, the best recommendations for dinners, lounges, and clubs, and clear advice on getting to the slopes. All kinds of transportation were arranged efficiently and effortlessly nothing ever felt like too much to ask. The room was immaculate spotlessly clean, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was beyond expectations, with outstanding attention to detail. The bathroom was very spacious, luxurious, and perfectly maintained, adding greatly to the comfort of our stay. Everything about this hotel reflects excellence service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. It truly feels like a place where guests are genuinely cared for, not just accommodated. I cannot recommend Art Boutique Hotel Monopol enough. An outstanding experience in every sense, and without a doubt a hotel I will return to whenever I’m in St. Moritz.

Overall satisfied with the hotel and service.

Conveniently located to all the big hotels and boutiques. The suite was lovely with a private balcony with a beautiful view. The staff especially Sarah at the reception was exceptionally helpful in making all our dinner arrangements and prompt in handling all enquiries.

Pillows are too soft as having a variety of pillows would have been more comfortable.

A perfect summer mini break in St Moritz with great rooms, food and a perfect hotel spa!

Fabulous spa with a beautiful view across St Moritz from loungers and jacuzzi as well as two saunas and a steam bath. Great breakfast catering to all tastes and cooked to order eggs. Modern comfortable furnishings and good big beds - pillows could be better. Very central location in old St Moritz and an easy walk down to the lake and station.

A more modern menu in the restaurant and better pillows would be nice but very little to complain about.

A very pleasant stay with great location, SPA, and breakfast

The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible and very convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights for me was definitely the SPA – both the facilities and the overall atmosphere were perfect for relaxing, and the view from the SPA area is simply amazing. I really appreciate complimentary shuttle to the main station. Breakfast was another strong point: a rich selection with good quality products. The service at the breakfast was super nice. Room was comfortable, big, well-maintained, and aligned perfectly with the overall vibe of the hotel. This was my second stay here and would be willing to come again.

The floor in the SPA area can be quite slippery, so extra caution is needed there. This was also the second time I was given an adjacent room, which makes it a bit less private. Additionally, I found the evening room service (turn-down service) surprising – while a nice gesture, it can feel disturbing if you’re not expecting someone to enter at that time of day. Lastly, the gym only seemed to open around 9:30 am, which unfortunately made a proper early morning workout impossible.

Central, comfortable for a memorable stay

We were upgraded to a junior suite so it was a nice surprise. The location is central to the St. Moritz village and the cable car to Piz Nair is 3mins walk from the hotel. Great bar on 6th floor overlooking the lake. We did not get a chance to use the Spa but it looked great. Staff were very helpful and really looked after us. A shuttle is provided from the train station to the hotel.

Loud location

Room and bathroom were clean and staff was great.

Our room faced the shops and it was very noisy all night, so much so we hardly slept. They provide earplugs but they were poor quality and did not block the noise.

A great hotel in St Moritz in the central sightseeing & shopping area and close to train station

The hotel is centrally located in the sightseeing and shopping area and is only minutes on foot via the escalator from the train station. It was fully renovated with all modern conveniences. The room was spacious, with comfortable temperature. The bed was wide and comfortable and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was good to different tastes and diets. The reception was very helpful and resolved my problem with the room guaranty deposit, when my credit card refused to work.

My stay was short but great! I have no comments, what should be improved..

Bathroom too small in particular the bath was almost impossible to get out of. bed/matress was slanted and therefore difficult to sleep. Church bells followed by noisy persons up to 2am made it difficult to sleep TV not able to re-position for watching from bed! I was charged almost £150 more per day than booking .com quoted which was held until the end of July.
