The hotel offers decent-sized, comfortable rooms and excellent ski-in/ski-out access, with highly professional instructors available for all levels. Beyond skiing, there’s a great variety of on-site activities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, multiple types of saunas, and an ice-skating rink. The spa services are superb and truly relaxing. What really stands out is the staff: professional, attentive, and very quick to respond, which makes the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a well-rounded stay with plenty to do both on and off the slopes.

The hotel advertises ski access, but there is an important catch to be aware of. The discounted ski rate only applies if you pay for ski access for the entire duration of your stay. In other words, even if you stay for a week and only plan to ski on one or two days, you are still required to pay for all days to receive the discount. If you choose to ski on select days only, those days are charged at the full, non-discounted rate. This policy is not made very clear upfront and can be disappointing if you don’t intend to ski every day.

I loved like mostly everything! It feels like a fairytale.

The fact that they gift you a “suvretta house” bag but that don’t allow you to bring it home. Ahah it doesn’t make sense to me. Even the Stube restaurant is not in one level with the hotel.. I’m sorry!

Beautiful place with traditional hospitality. Its amazing that there are still places like that.

Quiet is luxury. To many photo shootings with loud influencers, tired kids crying in black tie restaurant or chasing in pool with parents who do not react. This kind of precious hotel should have adults only areas or hours of use.

Gorgeous location and infrastructure. The hotel, restaurants, bar and spa were all exceptional. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The food was below expectation. The croissants and bread at breakfast were not fresh (on both mornings) but rather dry and it appeared that the croissants were at some point frozen and then reheated. We were surprised that simple orders like fruit juice and forrest berries cost extra (over 24chf each) The dinner in the Stube was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not worth the exorbitant price.

Breakfast is expansive and in a beautiful room - not to be rushed. Very large bedroom with excellent housekeeping and just a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

Access to the other mountains for skiing outside Corviglia is a bit cumbersome and requires getting into town or hiring a car.

We went to celebrate new year eve with our family we had confirm the table for the gala dinner and when we went there they couldn't find our reservation and they arranged for us a table near the kitchen paying 700ChF per person which is unacceptable and ruined our mood for the new year as this was the reason we went there. Hotel was overpriced as it doesn't give you nothing for the price as you pay a lot and expectations are higher we paid 2200 chf per night. We had some small mosquitos in our room as well. The tv in one of our rooms didn't work. However the manager was really nice as he said to us a lot of times sorry for the inconvenience and he greeted us on our way to check out and gave us also a gift from the hotel.

Swiss Alps fairytale at its perfection

We liked your hotel, amazing staff, quality food and attention to detail in everything. You make every guest feel special.

The only thing we would improve were beds - there were 2 single beds and 2 single duvets for a couple and it felt very uncomfortable to sleep "with a hole in the middle". Having a proper king size bed for a couple and a proper large duvet would enhance our experience. But overall we loved your hotel and had an incredible time there. Thank you
