It was a very enjoyable stay in a very quiet hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected to leave our luggage and come back later for the rooms and were surprised when we were told that our rooms were ready. This was much appreciated. The guidance at the reception about the area and the best way to go for a walk in the mountain was very helpful.

A pleasant stay

A great place to stay to explore St Moritz by foot although a mile out of town. I know everything is expensive in Switzerland but it was pricey for the standard of hotel. Car parking was convenient right outside the hotel.

Peaceful small hotel with beautiful mountain views

Spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Beautiful and peaceful location next to the river and mountains. The room had a kitchen with all necessary equipment for cooking. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and local products. There is a laundry room that you can use for a small price. Super helpful and kind staff; for example they changed a bank note for coins when we needed coins for the washing machine. If you stay more than two nights (at least during the summer season) you get to use public transportation, mountain railroads and cable cars for free in the Engadin area, which is a great bonus because otherwise they are quite expensive. Great value for money.

The place was located a bit far away from the town centre, but that wasn’t too big of a problem because there were frequent bus connections. The laundry machine required coins (and only accepted 1 and 0.20 Fr coins) and we were slightly confused how it works because the instructions were somewhat unclear, but after we figured it out it worked out fine. All these were very minor inconveniences, and didn’t affect our overall experience too much.

Good value for the location, but the check-in policy is unacceptable

Good price for what you get, considering the very expensive location. The rooms are moderate, but fine. The breakfast is actually good, I did not expect such variety. Loved the cute egg-boiling device.

Even if I came back to this location, I would never stay in a hotel that forces me to change my plans around their check-in policy. It is already inconvenient enough to have check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am, but having only a 2.5-hour check-in window from 16:00 to 18:30 is simply unacceptable and outrageous. Paying for a full night while being allowed to check in during such a short time frame is unreasonable for any hotel business.

Great place

For that price I was surprised by the quality. Spacious room with a cooker, nice, spacious bathroom, everything was clean and fresh. We were surprised by great breakfasts (warm buns and bread if you are early enough). The staff is doing great job!

The Inn offered a very good selection of breakfast foods. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff were also very friendly and kind.

It was further from the town so it had to be reached by bus but the bus stop was not very close to the Inn.

The loveliest staff I ever met

I can't express how much helpful was the lady on reception - she literally made our stay so enjoyable and full of activities so I can't thank her enough. Location of the bnb is great - right near the cable car, bus stop is easy reachable by foot. The room has all the facilities you may need and bnb itself has even more. + there are lots or helpful tips provided on where to order food delivery if needed, all the schedules, etc. Even postcards with post stamps <3

Everything's - we were more satisfied than we expected. Definitely, we will soon again The Snackbar could to share some costs and list of sortiments. Otherwise - we can to ask. Example - foreigner have worries about costs of the product in Switzerland( yeah - the economy of the lands it’s really higher than others) but the prices was acceptable. Maybe if it will be shared as i mentioned above the client will spending more money. Really, it’s not negative point just proposal
