The property was in very poor condition. There was no lift, and I was travelling with my mother.

A lovely weekend with my 3 children and dog!

Breakfast choice is fantastic! It'l lovely being up the mountain a bit and being surrounded by the snow. The spa is really nice for relaxing! Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent as well.

Great facilities, great staff - made trying to do Moritz on a budget a reality.

The hostel room was spacious and shared amenities clean and easily accessible (I was in the hostel attached to the hotel). The staff were great with advice and their offer of free transport for most buses and funiculars was a bonus.

Nothing. Location was a little way out of town but the courtesy bus covered that.

Really excellent

Breakfast was excellent! And tasty, healthy and plenty of it. Staff very helpful. Would have preferred a small kitchen in the hostel, but aside from that we had an excellent stay.

The service, the breakfast, the shuttle bus, the ski pass deal.

The listing on booking made it clear that parking and breakfast are optional with aditional pay but gave the impression that the wellness is included in the price. This was not the case. We needed to pay extra for that as well.

The hotel transfer is better to arrange in advance. The shuttle is not running between 10 and 15, and it would be so nice to have it available between those times also. The menu for dinner is rather small, not many dishes to choose from. in addition to that, the food did not worth the price; next day in the city we were able to find way better places for dinner. I guess if you are by car, your experience might be better than ours:)

Room was comfortable and showers were great. Lovely view from the room and close to walking trails and one gondola. Beautiful setting.

A long way from town and limited free hotel buses running, so it's either taxis or a very steep 1km walk to the bus. Very expensive meal options, with nothing to cater for hostel guests. Be careful of the taxis who tried to charge more than the rate offered to Randolins guests to go into the town/station. Would be ideal if you had a car.

Nice quiet location. Friendly staff. Room with a nice view on the mountains. Big parking lot.

The rooms are overpriced (+ 160 euro) with a shower and toilet on the hallway. It's possible to find more comfortable rooms in St. Mortitz at a better price.

Really neat boutique hostel, clean and friendly

Amazing vegan breakfast (almond/oat milk, New Roots crème fraiche, vegan labeled cereal, homemade ‘honey’!!) and there was a vegan option for the four course meal (a la carte was closed because of Corona). Rooms are pretty basic but really clean and we had a nice forest view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bike room and they offer cleaning and fixing tools. Overall, really lovely!

The spa costs extra if you’re staying at the hostel. Also, no common rooms, more of a hotel feeling.

I liked the breakfast Bus shuttle ( divers professional) is good for transport guess to main train station or bus stop by booking

The actual room was in a building with no lift and I carry whole luggages through stairs Bathroom was sharing with others in the same level No bar fridge in the room and not access to cold water for drink

Exceptional

We only stayed there one night as we were passing through so it met our expectations. We needed very little to make us happy. It has a great view of the mountains from your window.

The hostel is a ways from the city, but they do provide a free shuttle van, so that helped. Once there though you are fairly isolated. If i was staying more than one night, that would have been an issue.
