I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire front desk team at Monopol St. Moritz for their exceptional professionalism and outstanding hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, efficient, and incredibly attentive. They provided detailed information, thoughtfully explained all the available options, and coordinated seamlessly with the concierge to ensure everything throughout our stay went smoothly. The complimentary train station pick-up was another wonderful touch, and the staff who greeted us were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
What truly amazed us happened after we checked out. My wife accidentally left her watch in our room. As soon as the team discovered it, they immediately sprang into action, coordinating quickly and rushing to the train station to return it before our train departed. We were completely overwhelmed by their honesty, urgency, and dedication. It wasn’t just about returning a watch—it was a remarkable display of care and commitment to their guests.
We travel extensively around the world, and experiences like this remind us what genuine hospitality looks like. Thank you to everyone at Monopol St. Moritz for making our stay so memorable. A quick trip overnight as we were between train trips. Great location, super helpful staff and amazing breakfast included! It was very expensive but i think that's just St. Moritz.
