Excellent breakfast, dont understand previous feedbacks What another clients expect, very clean, spacious room.
Little smaller wellness as expected, building is 60 m away from main hotel
9.0 / 10.0
The friendliness of the staff.
The easy access to the skilift.
Steep paths to our Chesa or from Parking.
The spa is small, having children allowed does not make the experience too relaxing. There’s a +16 area but even there we could hear the children - minor issue.

Was good for the price, clean
The lady at the counter
She was so rude poor, my worst encounter with a staff

We loved this hotel!!! Every aspect exceeded our already high expectations. The location is amazing overlooking the mountains and super close to the ski hill. A local informed us that Suvretta is one of the most luxurious areas of Switzerland, but the price for quality of this particular hotel is very reasonable due to its non-profit nature!
The breakfast, the spa, and the room itself were all fantastic and the staff were very friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!
We needed some help with the EV charger a few times but eventually got it working.

The apartments are modern and very clean, with unforgettable views of the mountains. The facility offers very nice ski room, spa and a game room which we enjoyed a lot.
Breakfast and dinner are the weaker points of this hotel. The breakfast selection is the same every day and quite limited. Dinner is similar—little variety and average quality considering the price of the half board. I would recommend eating at nearby restaurants instead. Even though there was still plenty of time left, the staff started clearing tables and made us feel rushed to leave while we were still sitting and talking with our friends.

A beautiful hotel in a privileged location with a magnificent view of the mountains of St. Moritz. The room was sufficiently spacious and welcoming, well furnished and cozy, and equipped with every possible comfort. The bed was large and very comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a wonderful selection of local cheeses and various types of jams to pair with them. The bread was also outstanding. The restaurant, beautiful and very inviting, served us an excellent fondue. Room service was impeccable, as was the information provided and the communication with the staff. The hotel also has a spa, small but more than adequate for relaxation, with a splendid heated outdoor whirlpool pool overlooking the snow-covered mountains. In addition, the hotel offers a shuttle service by reservation to and from the station and the town center, which helps save a significant amount of money. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.
I would have appreciated finding slippers in the room and disposable slippers for the spa, as we had to walk barefoot. Personally, I also prefer a warm and soft bathrobe rather than a towel, along with a few extra touches such as conditioner, body lotion, and basic oral care products. That said, these are minor details and do not in any way detract from the overall quality of the services provided.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

the room was big and with a lovely panoramic view. the room was clean.
The room was bare, it had no amenities. There were no kettle/ coffee maker, vanity set, slippers or robes for the spa, no room service. Simple things but makes a difference.
The worst was a a dinner experience.
Since the hotel not offered the room service, we decided to go to the restaurant and take food with us to the room.
The plates were covered with foil so we didnt see how the dishes looked.
Upon uncovering them once in the room they looked like something that could be served in a staff canteen.
Not only the food looked distastful but also it was indeble. The chicked meat was dark and salty, looked like it was cooked and reheated many times, the rice was rubbery.
My husband had a burger and the burger bun was as hard as rock. Chips were also super salty.
Since we were dissapointed and tired we decided to go the next morning to the front desk to bring this to their attention.
The hotel response was that we should complained right away but since we came next morninmg it was TOO LATE!!
This is the response of a hotel that DOES NOT VALUE custumers or their experience.
The lady at the front desk during the check out argued with us.
The simple act of refunding us for the horrible food could off smoothered the impression for this expeince. But instead we were forced to pay and treated in a nasty way by the staff.
We stayed in various hotels in ST Moritz area and this one falls on the lowest rank.

Amazing views but don’t believe your GOS or Google Maps to take you up the gated private road with boom gate! Shuttle bus was an excellent service, great driver and very scenic route down into town.
Not the hotel’s fault but apparently Google Maps leads a lot of people onto a private road, too skinny to turn around in and with a boom gate only openable by the (kind and friendly locals who use the road - don’t take the steep driveway!

Nice to see that there is an affordable and decent option to stay in St. Moritz. I liked my room, it was clean and very cosy and I slept like an angel. The location is a dream if you like a quiet place and great for hiking. Also, the wellness area was pretty impressive for a 3 star hotel: very high quality, clean and nicely designed. The sauna in particular was surprisingly spacious and well kept. Decent selection at the breakfast buffet.
I would have liked a bathrobe for the wellness, and also a possibility to get more towels at the wellness area. In general, some areas of the hotel (breakfast room, hallways with grey carpets) were a bit too sterile and lacked character. Some small upgrades in these areas would make a big difference in my opinion.

This was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were excellent! There is a choice of restaurants that are top notch. The breakfast that was included was fantastic - so many choices!
The free shuttle to go into town was a nice bonus.
The views are beautiful right outside the door of the hotel!
Everything was fantastic!

Our stay was incredible. It is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it should have a 4-star rating for sure. We came for the view, it did not dissapoint.
We had a room in the main house, it was modern and incredibly clean. The spa is is in another house, but the hot tub with the mountain view was incredible. Also have a steam bath there and a Finnish sauna. The parking is free. They also have a shuttle to get you to the city center and back. We had breakfast included, also with amazing view and plenty of options. You can go with dinner included, but we went with a reservation at the restaurant for the a la carte menu and went for the delicious fondue, worth it.
I liked their attention to details from chocolates in the room to free water in the wellness area and all the staff was smiling and friendly.
Highly recommend.

Could hike right from property. Food was very good.
The shuttle only ran 4 times in the morning and 4 in the evening. It was 50+ CHF to go one way from St amortization to the hotel and the last shuttle did not allow enough time to have dinner and get back. The shuttle and cost really limited our ability to go into town.

Spa area was great but hot tubs a bit on the cool side could have been warmer. Our room, shuttle service and breakfast were great. Beautiful views.
Staff could have been more welcoming at the front desk. The shuttle service staff and breakfast room staff were lovely and friendly.

Spa very new, good mix between sauna, steam bath, outdoor jacuzzi.
The room was quite old and small. if compared to other hotels for same prize - value for money was poor.
The hotel is going to upgrade the main building we stayed later this year.

Modern accommodation in the poshest neighborhood in St. Moritz. Very helpful and communicative desk staff. The property is basically a compound of buildings. The studio room was at the 50m line with a pleasant, high view of the valley and mountains. Nice breakfast with some international items like bacon. The clientele is very international. The aesthetic is not old Engadine but typical modern Swiss. Bedding was comfortable and parking was plentiful.
The Stube was somewhat lacking in charm.
