Good but need to fix the rooms

The location was good,

I couldn't breath well without opening the window to sleep. Once we are in the room after some minutes. Its start. Is as if there was mold in the room. Please they should look into it. My friends also experienced it. Not just me. Its was too much. Was told its newly renovated. But why cant we breathe. Our nose was blocked. Once we are put we are fine

I enjoyed my stay at Europa!

I loved the comfort in the rooms. The restaurants and bar onsite were amazing and convenient. My room was easy to access. I loved how clean the rooms were. The waiters at Steak and more were so helpful.

There was no telephone in my room to communicate with staff. My heat didn’t work in my room. The technician never came to check it. I was moved to a room with heat my last night there. Which means for 2 nights I had no heat. The room I was moved too was much bigger and I loved that it had a tub.

wellness area was lovely, clean hotel, easy location to get to and from, restaurant on site even tho I didn't visit, they had them there, went during Christmas and it was nice and festive

Staff rude, would not let me check out early, despite it not being on the booking portal you only find this out when you're there. I had to check out early for early train, they did it but were very rude about it - So note this when booking.

Disappointing

The only fair thing was the sky storage room.

Breakfast very poor in selection, super tiny glasses, very small plates (are they afraid people drink or eat too much?!), just one bottle of water per room at the moment of check in. We asked for another complimentary bottle in the room and the answer was " we have to buy it as well, you can get the tap water". The person at the lobby bar completely ignored us and didn't take our order: we left the place after 20 mins waiting without ordering. The room is very small, the toiletries were super minimal, the shower was leaking in 2 points. No charging points nearby the bed: just 1, taken by the abat-jour. The other charging station was in the middle of the wall literally "floating on air": how am I supposed to use that one? For sure not a recommended place to go, especially for the amount of money I paid.

Basic and old No tv connection very old Poor breakfast menu No drinking water in the room they gave for four of us 330ml bottle of water one time They charged us for exposed parking outside where the car was freezing Abd spending time to remove the ice 10 CHF per day where they supposed to charge the same for the covered parking The hotel extremely old with their facility No lift sufficient to take one big bag to the room Not helpers It was extremely desiater The prices was super high compare to the provided services

The restaurant food was very good and Harry the manager was fantastic. The pool is good.

The lighting was so dark and the lobby seating was cold. They didn’t bother lighting the fire that’s advertised. The room bathroom was tiny with a very dangerous shower over a tub. Slippery ! Shower head broken. The curtains came off when closing. No one bothered to put them back on when the room was made up. No daily water. Uncomfortable bed. Broken furniture. It’s like a rabbit warren.

Dislike: 71.80chf for extra dinner (breakfast included) probably the smallest buffet of the World. 10chf extra for parking. 2 single beds instead of a king one. Like: the Swiss smiling face and everything else.

Very good

Good hotel, friendly staff, rooms are good and clean. The location is really beautiful if you love nature. All local shop/restaurants are quite far. Be ready to walk 30min uphill or pay 40-50 euro to Taxi one side trip. Rest we really enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Spacious room but connectivity not ideal.

Very spacious room with heat warmer in toilet.

Location was quite a distance away from the nearest bus station. Don't recommend taking a bus if you're carrying heavy luggage as it's up and down slope to the hotel.

Very good

unbelievably clean. very clean. very comfortable. good breakfast and very cozy. comfortable parking. nice areas for rest with a chimney. the whole stay was very comfortable. If you travel with car, there is no mess at all skiing on st Moritz. Its only a few minutes away. Very clean place, more looks like a sanatorium to me.

We have arrived in the season of the ski marathon, so the room turned out quite expensive for not a 5* fancy hotel. but this is due to the event, I guess. Also we arrived late and there was a real mess with our room. Better give them a prior note of a late arrival.

Great base for a weekend at the racing

The hotels wellness area is fantastic. Great machines at the gym and lovely sized pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. Had both hot and cold options .

The rooms are slightly dated considering the amount you pay but it is St Morritz and so you have to sort of expect this.

A modest overnight stay for undemanding tourists

The swimming pool was surprisingly big, warm and deep. Unfortunately very few pool beds were available - just 6 for the whole hotel. The rest of the guests had to use the benches or just the floor. Reasonably good breakfast was a plus, although complete self-service, no option to order an omelette or something additional.

First of all, despite the name Hotel Europa St. Moritz, it is not in St. Moritz. One has to be very attentive and realize that he'll have to use a bus to reach the place. Walking there is not possible / sensible, at least in winter time. No room service - as a notion. With the price list for the mini-bar, there was no mini-bar. Ordering anything from the restaurant was impossible, as there was no phone in the room as such! Poor shower was quite old, sprinkling a lot of water everywhere from very unexpected places.

i liked the people, cleaning in that hotel.
