Loved the little touches that made the stay so memorable

Wow, what an experience! We were especially touched with the thoughtfulness throughout our stay. On check-in, we were oriented to the room where they had three little memorabilia of the hotel (a little day bag, a pouch and a note pad) that we were welcome to take home. On check-out, we had a small gift bag as well! The hotel understands their guests. Given most are there for hikes, the room was also equipped with a day hiking bag for use. We had our dog with us and I think he enjoyed his treats the most. The ‘dog package’ came with a very high quality dog mat, a dog bowl and a towel to clean his paws. Now that’s thoughtful! Breakfast spread was superb. And the staff - just delightful! I’m looking forward to my next stay!

The breakfast/dining room was perfect, located on the first floor of the lodge. The staff was very friendly and the food exceptional, especially the pizza. Hard to believe being from Chicago we would find such an outstanding pizza in Switzerland.

Not a single thing. There is no fan in the room so if you are used to the white noise of a fan in the background you should request one or bring your own.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, great location.

No option for waxing cross-country-skis yourself and free of charge. Inhouse service will charge you, even if your are a hotel guest. The duplex-room didn't fully meet up the expectation for the payed price. p.ex. there is no light in the living which allows you to read. Setting with sofa and TV isn't optimal, working bench or table is missing. The timing for room-service could be improved (when guests are out or at breakfast).

Siamo riusciti a rilassarci pur essendoci stati per 2 notti

Il personale molto cordiale e amichevole, servizi ottimi e colazione molto buona, molto buoni anche i pancakes fatti al momento, la camera ben curata ottimo design e illuminazione, letto comodissimo e piumone caldo e confortevole, abbiamo avuto l'accesso alla SPA incluso, e una sauna dopo lunghe giornate sul ghiaccio è un toccasana. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'unica cosa che possiamo dire è il fatto di aver avuto la doccia con la tenda, era una camera con l'accesso per disabili che ovviamente capiamo e rispettiamo, ci avrebbe fatto piacere averne una con la doccia in vetro così da non bagnare ovunque facendo la doccia, ma è solo una piccolezza.

Äusserst gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Bereits der Empfang war äusserst herzlich. Man hat sich Zeit genommen, uns einen Willkommens-Drink spendiert und uns alles erklärt. Zunächst haben wir die schöne SPA-Landschaft genossen, um uns von unserer Wanderung zu erholen. Danach waren wir zum Abendessen im Restaurant - eine herrliche Bündner Gerstensuppe und wunderbare selbstgemachte Ravioli mit Bündner Bergkäse hat uns erwartet, dazu haben wir uns einen feinen Wein von der ausgezeichneten Weinkarte gegönnt (der Mauro ist sehr zu empfehlen). Zum Frühstück wurden wir mit einem äusserst herzlichen "Guten Morgen" empfangen und auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf Wunsch (ohne Zusatzkosten) wird einem auch ein Rührei oder Omelette zubereitet, das Brot war frisch, es gab frische Früchte und Lachs und sogar fisch gepressten Orangensaft (habe ich sehr selten erlebt). Und das zu einem Preis, der für die Region und für das, was man erhält, doch recht bescheiden ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und waren uns einig, dass dies das beste Hotel unserer Wanderung war (die anderen waren auch nicht schlecht...). Also: Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die Betreiber!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Hundefans

sehr hundefreundlich... im Zimmer wurde für unsere zwei Pudels Tücher und Fressnäpfe bereitgestellt. Im Restaurant bekommt man sehr spezielle Pizzas, welche in Viertel- oder Halbmeter bestellt werden können. TOP! Gratis Parkgarage vis à vis. Gästekarte inklusive für sämtliche Bergbahnen!!!!
