From the very first step, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, everyone we met—especially at the reception—was always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and checking if we were comfortable. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable—10/10! The special bathtub with a TV was such a fun surprise… my husband ended up taking a much longer bath than usual, hahaha! But that’s what vacations are for, right? The reception staff also gave us great tips about where to go and what to see in St. Moritz, which made our trip even more enjoyable. And after our chilly evening walks, coming back to warm Glühwein and delicious cookies was simply perfect. We can’t miss mentioning our dinner at the hotel restaurant—absolutely exceptional! Compliments to the Chef for a fantastic meal. Highly recommended. We truly love this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time we visit St. Moritz.

Pay more attention to the coffee.

Location was amazing. The rooms were clean and very cozy. I liked the bed and the bathroom, and the internet worked well. The food was also amazing.

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. It had a strange residue in the water container, which was quite unpleasant. Please pay more attention to these kinds of maintenance issues. As for the breakfast, the coffee was extremely weak and of poor quality. It might be necessary to descale the coffee machine or use better coffee beans, because the current experience is far below expectations.

Exceptional hotel San Gian! We want to come back for longer one day

We were freely updated on our arrival into the best room of the hotel ! Staff is exceptional and kind. Room was spacious and we loved the decor Beautiful view from the room Comfortable bed and pillows Very good Toiletries and one can buy them in the lobby . I did 😅! Breakfast was very good ! Everything was excellent 👌!!!

THe staff was the highlight, Paul from the front desk was an absolute gentleman, he explained everything about st moritz, even drew a map of where we should bike ride, with the best spots. We arrive late and the restaurant was about to close, he asked the kitchen to help us, so we sat alone at the restaurant, all the restaurant staff gave us 5 star attention, food was expensive but very good. It was a comfortable stay, expensive as everything in st moritz, but we loved it.

Gorgeous town, but hotel is very dated

Friendly service all around. Good advice from the front desk on what to do and where to go! Excellent breakfast and good coffee served in the morning!

The hotel is dated. It is not a 4-star at the moment. Perhaps many years ago, but not now. They claim a spa area and training room, but this is not open for use due to renovation- and it will take up to 2027 I believe. The room rate is just not value for what you get.

Weekend in St.moritz

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, gave us the room even a bit earlier as it was ready. The parking spots are limited outside, but free! Breakfast was amazing! Delicious with a big variety of food. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. Everything needed was provided. I really loved the hotel and will definitely be bag! Very pleasantly impressed!

Very good facilities, free use of the pool & spa across the road, big room, big bed, very fancy technology. Good breakfast.

The lighting was a bit poor in the room (all lights are in bathroom with semi transparent glass, plus bedside lights). The location is in St Moritz Bad, which is about 25min walk to Dorf.

Value for money stay.

Customer service was excellent. They were friendly and always polite. The cleaning attendants who made my room went the extra mile by folding my clothing neatly even though it was not requested. I was very impressed. The room aesthetics was great, pillows were great too. Breakfast buffet was alright. They offered hot items (such as crepes and eggs of your choice) cooked on demand.

Design of the shower area was not up to standard. Despite having a shower curtain, water from the shower head often got out of the shower area and this made the entire toilet floor wet. This is a design flaw.

Booked a hotel for 2 nights, for recreation with children. We had a very unpleasant and incomprehensible situation at the reception at the Sport & Wellnesshotel San Gian St. Moritz. When we checked in, they took a credit card for a guarantee. The hotel manager wrote out the CVV code from the card, which is an illegal act and violates the security of payment data! Although we at Booking have a credit card with which we paid for the room, and this card is a guarantee. In the evening in the restaurant we waited for an order for 2 hours... We were with children! After we wrote to the hotel about what happened, there was no response. They didn't even tell us that our credit information is safe and we don't need to worry!
