Breakfast was great, spa is amazing (5 differents saunas!). Room was located on the first floor but very clean and comfortable.
Our bedroom was right above the "Crazy Pizza" restaurant with some pretty loud music for two to three hours before 10 PM.

Very nice reception area, excellent breakfast
Spa full of loud children every day, rooms were tiny, room service: portion of veggie bowl was laughable, no flexiblilty to change menue, wrong bill for room bar, too late evening room service (9pm)

Evening meal in restaurant was decidedly average.
No air-con so room very stuffy
Hotel was very empty and lacked atmosphere.
Hence multiple attempts to upswell prior to visit - felt a bit desperate.
Paying for parking with an already high room rate.
Felt a bit “old fashioned”
