The hotel owner Mr Beat Buff and Simone were exceptionally helpful and kind. Excellent breakfast. Atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. Definitely recommend and will stay again the nearest future.

Relaxing in comfort and a view in St. Moritz

Beautiful, spacious room with a terrace/ deck. Close to St. Moritz downtown by quick bus ride. Very easy to go to the hikes and cable cars in the region via bus. Hotel has a really nice indoor pool - definitely need to take advantage of that after a long day of alpine activity. Beat, who works at reception, was a very helpful and wonderful host.

Overpriced for what it is

Location is pretty good. Staff is excellent, very polite and helpful. We had a nice view from our room over the mountains.

The bathrooms are very dated. The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. No fridge and no air con in the room. Steam room is very small. The pool had some sand and something looking like strings of paper at the bottom- I decided not to test my luck.

Lovely, well located hotel with exceptional staff.

Convenient location walking distance from the town centre. Clean, spacious rooms with beautiful wood detailing. Breakfast in the morning had a wide range of choices. Simone was the highlight of the visit. She was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay better. Will definitely be back if we return to St Moritz.

Never underestimate the friendly faces that welcome guests in a hotel, they make the quality and well-being from the start and here was especially the case with Simone, whom checked me so fast and with such a sharp sense of humor, asking and tending any issues that I could have, helpful, kind and efficient, I needed rest, calm and welcome and you offered me this all dear Simone, in such elegant and witty ways, thousand thanks!

I am glad to have upgraded room. The house is very beautiful and feeling comfortable.

The room is big enough to open 2 luggages. Good view when looking outside the window. Fresh air, good services with useful recommendation and big space of shower area are pushing me to come again.

Beautiful room and hotel décor. Large room with very comfortable bedding. Super friendly staff. Great indoor swimming pool and 3 different saunas included in the price. Tasty breakfast buffet with freshly baked bread and pastries.

You need to take care not to hit your head on the ceiling beams while in the shower-bath, but otherwise, very comfortable room.

Very nice hotel in a quite suburban area of St Mortiz away from the hussle and buzzle

Breakfast is fresh, delicious and with great variety. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool area is fantastic together with the sauna room, although would have loved to jump in to the icy cold plunge pool if it would have been filled up. Although the hotel is within a suburban area however it is quite and a short walk away from the hussle and buzzle.

It fare from Dorf and Bad, from shops, restaurants, lake,bas stop, elevators to ski. Just taxi or own transport.

The girl on the reception Simone was so friendly and helpful. She is the biggest value of this hotel. Very nice healthy bread for breakfast from the local backery. Big swimming pool. Easy to park. Very personal approach to all the guests. We could use kitchen staff every evening and have little dinner in our room. Very convenient with the kids. The room was quite big.

The hotel is quite overpriced for how it looks like. the rooms are clean and tidy but quite easy and the area of the saunas and the pool looks a bit not finished (some parts are renovated but something for my opinion is still to develop). The breakfast was very healthy, just some vegetables were missing for us. In general the hotel would be just great but for the lower price. And the hotel was quite far, 25 mins walking to the city, we didnt want to use the car but with the baby trolley it was quite sportiff to go uphill every time.

Perfect stay. Loved i!

Gorgeous area. Perfect hotel with large room, good facilities and breakfast, friendly staff.

Location would be perfect for winter with ski in/ski out. On the off season it wasn’t easily accessible by bus/train, kind of a walk up hill, so plan on taking a taxi or driving your own car. But this wouldn’t deter me from staying here and staff offered to arrange transport for me.

There was no toast for the bread and the bread wasn't that fresh. Bed was a bit to soft.

Awesome summer vacation in a wonderful hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious and quiet (we slept with open windows for the whole night). The stuff was very friendly with us and their recommendations on activities were very helpful. The hotel has sauna and swimming pool what was awesome addition after long hikes. Also, the hotel provided us with season pass thus we didn't need to pay for any lift or bus tickets (it was a great saving). Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We definitely plan to come back in winter!

A nice relaxing stay

A very nice hotel, a bit far from the city center (15-20 mins walk), but perfect for people with cars. You can ski down to the nearest cable station, Signal. The hotel has fantastic large rooms, very good breakfast, great spa.

in the evening, there is nothing happening in the lobby-people stay in their rooms. if you book skipasses via hotel, please articulate clearly wha you need (I had some misunderstanding which affected my experience). Make sure you ask for the way back to the hotel from the slope or you will easily get lost in the small streets around the hotel - many of which are dead ends.

The staff was really nice, very good location. Considering location is St Moritz pretty good price-value ratio.

Unfortunately we were not informed and the hotel description also doesn't mention if you stay 2 nights in the hotel the ski pass is half price if you buy it at the hotel. We did not know and bought 2*2 days ski tickets for CHF 350 online instead of CHF 200 what the hotel offers. This is a great deal and guests should be informed about it. Furthermore breakfast was a bit poor. I would recommend to widen the selection.
