It was clean and easy to find
The bathroom was far too small - the room wasn’t exactly spacious either. It was too hot and no way to turn firm the heating. The staff in the restaurant were blatantly rude - which wasn’t necessary. Make sure if you need a taxi to the station that you ask further price before booking through reception it cost us 30 euros for a two minute journey!

We only stayed one night, so the size of the room (it was quite small) wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, had tea/coffee facilities, modern shower, comfy bed! Breakfast was great. I’d like to mention the friendliness of all the staff (reception and at breakfast)! Hotel is a 15min walk into town, perfect. I will come back and will try the spa next time!

It was in a handy location, close to the lake and about 15 minute walk up the hill into the main town. The breakfast was delicious and a great choice available.
We had stayed in a few hotels during our travels in Switzerland and this was just so disappointing compared to the others we stayed in for a few reasons - not really how was viewed online with modern decor and bathroom, dirty floor (dusty and lots of bits) so we had to keep our socks on, really hot with no way to turn the underfloor heating down so instead slept with windows open in -3 degrees outside and lots of traffic noise. The reception staff were also working at the Ricardo’s restaurant so were busy and we felt like they weren’t very welcoming, and we didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask any additional questions to. We left our luggage for a few hours after checkout which was supposed to be in a locked ski room but the door was left permanently open. During the day there were also a lot of work men about fixing doors and things, so we felt uncomfortable trying to get past them to our room. We arrived on the night of my fiancés 30th Birthday, so it was just a really disappointing way to spend his actual birthday. We stayed for only 2 nights which was the most expensive hotel we stayed at whilst in Switzerland and should have been the lowest price for the standard and basic necessities - I was so glad we didn’t stay any longer.

I stayed at the hotel from November 3rd to 4th.
When checking in, the employee forgot to give me my ID card.
I only noticed it was missing when I went to check in the next day in Italy. I immediately called the hotel on the 4th to ask if they had found the ID card, and they said yes, not to worry, that they would send it to my address in Portugal the next day, November 5th.
I immediately said that the hotel service had anomalies in the check-in procedures. The guest card is kept at the hotel reception, and nobody says anything? The next day I checked out, and nobody says anything?
But the horror movie wasn't over yet.
A week passed, and since the card still hadn't arrived, I called the hotel again to ask about the card. They said they hadn't sent it yet because they had been very busy and that they would send it the next day, 12 days after the initial check-in.
The card arrived 19 days later, in an envelope with no protection and without an apology.
I advise a quick training session on hotel standards so that this does not happen again with other customers.
My dissatisfaction is total, I will not return to this hotel.

Was a fear but away from the train station, you have to use a taxi or bus to get around, was also a bit noisy.

Good location and very cute hotel with lovely facilities. Room was huge and bed extremely comfortable! Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Perfect location for stopover for Glacier express. Beautiful walk along lake to the train station.
Bathroom a bit small but still good. Shower was lovely and all looked very new.

Breakfast is OK. Very close to bus stop to/from the train station, Bed itself is OK. Everything else is worse than expected. It is a very overpriced motel.
This hotel has very strange setting. The outlets near the bed are controlled by the same switch controls the ceiling light. Once the ceiling light is off, so do the outlets. I use a CPAP machine every night to help my sleep and reduce the snoring, and I carry it even when travel oversea. I set up the machine and test it upon arrival, and wear it as normal before go to bed. However, I was not able to sleep and later figured out the machine was not powered after I turn off the light. Both my wife and I had a restless sleep here. There is no staff other than check-in time nearly scheduled for the Glacier Express arriving time. After we settle in the room and went out for dinner, the staff is gone. The room lock requires locking from both inside or outside to keep the door locked, and cannot open the door from inside with a key operation. This is a great fire hazard in the case of emergency. The room key itself has a bulky key chain. Overall, restless night here, and no one here to help. This family suite has no single desk space and so small. The lobby area showed in the picture is not exist (maybe blocked for construction).

Generally a clean hotel (though toilet had not been cleaned prior to us arriving) otherwise appeared clean and this was maintained through our stay. The restaurant Riccardo’s was amazing however. Definitely would rate this and the staff also were very helpful and friendly.
The renovation - We arrived and found the property was under renovation in the lobby area. This meant there was no set reception and the cosy lounge area and bar was not in operation. It was frustrating as there was no prior knowledge about this or discount applied for the inconvenience.
Pillows- one was thin and the other memory foam maybe and very hard. Almost needed just one that was in between.
Mattress - memory foam and very firm and uncomfortable.

The hotel is not as described on Booking.com at the time of our booking in January/February 2025. At that time it boasted a lounge, bar and various other facilities. These were not available during our stay because refurbishment work was underway. The reception was a very small table in a vestibule area. The TV in the room had satellite channels, but none were English language channels. We were not advised of the refurbishment and associated lack of facilities by Booking.com despite the receptionist confirming that you had been advised. It is unlikely that we will use Booking.com in future.

The location. Perfect central location to see everything you needed.
We were informed prior to our stay that the hotel had some issues with its restaurant having a leak. So we did not mind this being out of action. However, when we arrived we had to walk down a tiny hall way, to a lady who didn’t seem to want to be there at all, handed us our keys and left promptly afterwards with her dog. So no reception at all at this place. No one for check out. Even though I had been previously told online told to speak with reception about a refund/compensation for lack of facilities at check out. Had to do this via booking.con when home. We then went to our room which was very basic! Literally looked nothing like the hotel pictures advertised on booking.com. We had a hole in the wall! And a hair dryer that had a 2 prong Europe plug and did not fit in the 3 prong Switzerland plug socket! Completely useless! We paid £200+ for this hotel and it was not worth the money at all! False advertising at its finest. Check out consisted of putting our key cards in an old tissue box made to be a check out box. The whole experience was less than desirable for the picturesque holiday we had planned!

Spa is maintained really bad. Sauna only works when you are inside the sauna - it takes a long time until it's hot when it's controlled like that. Steam Room is moldy and smells bad. Infrared cabin didn't work.

The bed and pillows were comfy, the location is handy (right in front of a bus stop, bakery and swisscom shop next door). The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really yum.
Sauna: only the steam one was working, the spa area was cold and no slippers/bathrobes were available.
Room: the showers water temperature was too cold, it didn’t really heat up.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable room and excellent bathroom. Very good bar and very good and very popular Italian restaurant on site. Food was excellent and very well priced, particularly for St. Moritz. Breakfast was very good too. About a 15/20 minute walk into central St. Moritz.

TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
We were a group of 13 people staying in the city for work. We booked deluxe double rooms based on the photos from Booking.com, expecting elegant, spacious rooms with balconies. However, upon arrival, I was given a room without a balcony, located in a corner of the hotel with a view of a cleaning courtyard.
To make matters worse, in one of the rooms, a spider appeared (it looked like a tarantula!).
When we approached the reception to address the issues, we were treated terribly—arrogantly, even—by the staff, who told us that the deluxe rooms had already been assigned to other guests. I asked why our booking had been accepted if those rooms were already allocated, and suddenly, the receptionist ignored me and started working on her computer. Absolutely unbelievable.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. And believe me, we travel extensively for work and have been all over the world.
