Overall the property is good. Not sure the value proposition was met given the cost.. My room heating system failed so it was always too warm. I had to open the window. I reported the problem but was not offered another room. Room was not as nice as photos or the description. Views from the room were amazing. Ski related amenities are great. Location is perfect. Great breakfast buffet.

Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do.

Beautiful regal type hotel which overlooks the lake. Staff took and parked car, got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. All very nice. Hotel was very quiet with hardly any guests . Seems like Summer months are painfully quiet with very little going on in the town and lots of shops and restaurants closed for the summer months. No complaints about hotel whatsoever but wouldn’t rush back to Zermatt.

Clean, nice, superior service. Old school in a good way (pen and paper checkin, physical key, etc), but also a little dated - the room could use some TLC. Our mini suite was very spacious and clean. Lake view was fantastic! Free mini bar. Bathroom was good, but no toiletries! Only one do-it-all “soap”. If it was for about half a price that I paid, I’d give it a better score, but I expected more.

Noisy location on the mountain side (room 210)….but convenient area of town. TV in room didn’t work. Modern weight scale in bathroom didn’t work. There isn’t a pool. Shower head kept falling off it’s mount.

Close to train station with beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Easy walking with lovely stores to meander in. One day in St Moritz not enough - decided definitely to return for our level of easy hiking.

This is one of best hotels we have stayed in Switzerland. Nice facilities and good size of room. The bed was good. The room was very quiet. The location is excellent and next to bus stations and about 10 minutes walk to St Moritz train station or 4 minutes to train station if taking bus which is 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also very good and we liked it. The hotel has two restaurants. One opens 11 am and another one opens at 7 pm. We liked the one opens at 11 am that has many options of pizza and others. Only thing we did not like was we were charged 3 CHF for taped water.

This find was a wonderful surprise. It is beautiful and sits up high with wonderful lake and Mountain Views. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was best we have experienced to date on this trip. Transportation from train is provided. If ever in area again, will choose this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The room had a beautiful view of the lake. The floors were a bit creaky, but the room was large and comfortable. We walked up from the train station. The walk was a pretty steep, uphill trek. If you have any health or mobility issues, I would take transportation up to the hotel.
