St Moritz, White Turf and skiing were made even more enjoyable by the Crystal Hotel

The location is second to none. Close to the ski train and walking distance from all the restaurants and lake. But most of all the staff ! So helpful and charming. Couldn’t do enough to help. Especially the front desk and the wonderful lady who brought me coffee and more coffee every breakfast.

The heating was problematic - room was too but at least we could open windows.

Excellent Location and Service

Modern and clean, staff super friendly. The breakfast is buffet style but with a wide choice of items from fruit, cereals, fantastic breads and pastries, through to cooked egg and bacon. The wellness centre has a good gym, sauna, steam room and other relaxation rooms included. Massages are paid for in addition. The location is close to the funicular up to slopes so it is easy to get to / from the slopes without needing a bus or taxi or long walk in ski boots. The price is expensive but hey, this is St Moritz!

Outstanding experience in the heart of St. Moritz

Our stay at Crystal Hotel Superior was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location could not be better — right in the very center of St. Moritz. The breakfast was rich, high quality, and absolutely delicious. A fantastic hotel that we would gladly choose again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in perfect location

Right in the middle of downtown near dining etc and the funicular trams up the mountain. Our room faced the mountain and was fun to watch trams and the weather changes up there. Staff very helpful on a number things. Good buffet breakfast.

Do not be fooled by Google or anyone saying it is a short walk from train station to hotel. It is all uphill in a big way. Bus is best option. Taxi was $25 for the short road trip.

Excellent, welcoming hotel in St Moritz !

Excellent stay. Appreciated free shuttle service from train station. Booked 2 rooms and requested both ready for 1pm - which they were. Warm welcome on arrival. Enjoyed the sauna facility. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Free mini bar. Great breakfast. Would recommend and stay again. Excellent hotel.

It was avery good experience in saint moritz

It was a very nice vacation, the reception staff were amazing.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. It was two single beds joined together not a king size bed.

We used the hotel’s valet service, and unfortunately, during the time our car was parked in their garage, a minor scratch occurred. The valet team (presumably responsible) refused to accept fault, even though it was clear the damage happened while the vehicle was in their care. They also refused to provide any formal documentation of the process. We didn’t have the time to spend hours waiting for police reports and an investigation. To avoid such complications, it’s best to either park alongside the valet staff and document the car’s condition together or ask for self-parking

Great stay in a perfect location

The hotel is immaculately clean with a perfect location. Bus stops are right outside of the front door and the shuttle to and from the train station is super helpful. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Julien and Francesco at reception were great with recommendations and Carola helped me plan sightseeing and hiking. It was always lovely to see Luca and Davide in the restaurant at the start and end of every day who even remembered my coffee order every morning!

Spa facilities are a little limited.

We love the cozy, cleaning, convenient, comfortable and cultural Hotel

The receptions are all friendly ! Especially, Viviana, provided all information related to our needs ( we didn’t have our baggages with us due to airport issues); interests -family members had different interests. Very kind and patient! Also we enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant, too!

Expensive Junior suite had no kettle Room was overheated .. Toiletries were not in line with the price Breakfast was elaborate but no fresh fruit or plain unsweetened yoghurt
