With all of your choices, do not stay here. I demanded a night worth of refunds it was that bad.

The food on the first floor was good.

There were no phones in the room. If you ever had an emergency you are stuck as you have to email them ? Or call some number after hours. Are you supposed to be able to do that after you’ve fallen out of the tub and hit your head ? Big legal liability. There are no thermostats in the room! There is nothing but German TV channels. There is no room service. It’s hit or miss if you see anyone at the front desk. BEWARE there is a club under the hotel that plays loud music until 3 am !!

Not happy with the assigned room. Price don’t match what’s offered.

Junior suite with a balcony: carpet not very clean, and covered loose tiles underneath. Smell from the restaurant in the room floors. Not a comolete view of the mountains, there is a big hotel in front partially obstructing the view.

Plush and comfortable

The concierge was extremely helpful and assisted us in every way he possibly could. As an example we were just passing through Switzerland and thus did not have Swiss plug adapters as they are not the same as the EU. He was happy to loan us some , very handy.

The parking outside the hotel is very limited , we used the one by the door but were informed that should the owner arrive we would have to move and pay 30 Euro to used the garage. Leaves a bad taste.

Least costly option for a brief overnight stay in St Moritz

The bed was very comfortable along with the linens.

The property was a bit difficult on foot to find the entrance. Our room opened up to a bar and pizza joint downstairs, which kept the noise levels high until 1 AM. Due to no air con nor fan, the windows needed to be open for circulation hence the inability to shut out the noise from the downstairs restaurant and bar.

This is a wonderful facility and we can't wait to return.

The hotel staff is exceptional and the location is in the center of town. There is a restaurant and bar associated with the hotel. The have parking in a secure private area. It is a short walk to everything including a grocery store which had everything you might need. The only downside is our room looked toward another hotel which had a bright sign. The hotel had wonderful curtains to cover it so it really was not a factor when sleeping. Other than that it is wonderful and you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return.

The noise of staying in a city center, but that is expected. If you close the windows you don't hear it. I just like to have the windows open.

Breakfast was OK and fruits available all the time in the lobby were also OK.

Smell of the cheese fondue coming from the restaurant in the evening, on all floors and in the rooms. Very old and, on some places, even teared flooring / carpets in front of the rooms. Interiour doors teared. TV not working. Very different than pictures describing rooms. If you're for the first time in St. Moritz than take in consideration that hotel is on the altitude and you have to climb considerably.

Room deco was interesting. Aussies staying in the Aussie room! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The location (once you got up the hill) was convenient to restaurants but quite the hike up the hill from the station. Highly recommend the bus.

It was very very hot. Even with the windows open the floor heating, which would be delightful in the winter, was too hot for our heat wave in June.

By far the best breakfast we had out of all the hotels we stayed at traveling through Switzerland. The private bathroom was also the largest with windows to help circulate air from the bedroom balcony that kept the room temp comfortable without a/c

The small elevator made it hard to use with two people with only a backpack and one carry on bag. But this is pretty common in most European hotels.

A great little hotel.

We were greeted by the most helpful friendliest receptionist, Francesca. She was an absolute treasure and credit to the hotel. Our room was great with the only real criticism being that the carpet could be due for a good shampoo. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant on 2 occasions where the Debbie and food was exceptional. Just loved our stay here.

Unfortunately a safe was not available during our stay. Apparently the hotel had an issue with their security keys.

The location is very central

The junior suite is a normal hotel room plus a small kitchen does not justify the price The smell in the room was horrible (sewer smell) The bathtub/shower made very loud noises at random times including at night and water was coming up from the drain. The walls are thin and you can hear from the other rooms The balcony needs some improvements

Adequate as a base for a short stay in the centre.

Convenient internal access to a good restaurant, and an excellent shower. The location is close to the centre and good transport connections. For a 3 night stay we were provided with free transport passes. Bus transport out of the city is good and regular, and walking routes e.g. toward Silva are very scenic.

The room temperature was too hot and thermostat useless, underfloor heating seems controlled seperately - we had to have the windows open. There was no desk space, only a low table with legless Japanese chairs at floor level - utterly useless. No coffee making facilities in the room. Due to the season most restaurants and shops were closed so the town was pretty dead.

Very polite and helful staff Very very clean and spaciouse rooms with bathtube. Big comfy bed - I slept like a log. We visit hotel in April 23rd-24th, and it was realy warm in rooms. Breakfast was delicious with swiss cheeses and variety of choises.

The rooms I my opiniom should be in more Swiss style. Egyptian theme doesn't quite suit to hotel localisation among mountains. But honestly it's individual opinion and matter of individual taste.
