Old, outdated hotel which is too expensive.

Hotel is expensive and the rooms are outdated. The carpet in the corridors is dirty and overall the hotel needs money spent on it. Certainly photos are misleading.

We loved the vintage, yet elevated charm and cozy vibe of the property. They are in a prime location with great food, and a great staff, who are always on and accommodating!

Cute cosy hotel at the center of St Moritz

It is at the center of St Moritz just 2 minutes away from the main cable car that takes you up to the skiing area. Clean, spacious room, nice bugfet breakfast with lots of variety and helpful, friendly staff, especially Florence! I also loved the pool in the spa. We also ate at La Lapin Bleu and it was good!

There were not any ski shoes dryer places so it was hard to fully dry the ski boots.. I always saw them in every ski hotel I stayed..

Nice hotel , great location , relaxing spa

Perfect location in middle of the centre , 1-2 minutes walk from everything. Shops and the ski funicular 2 minutes walk. The breakfast was very good, food in restaurant was nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A pleasant stay at Steffani which has an enviable locaigon right in the middle of St Moritz.

Fantastic location right in the middle of St Moritz and short walk to the lift up the mountain. Rooms were comfortable in the alpine style. Facilities were good including a nice indoor pool and thermal area. Well priced in relation to other 4* properties in th earea.

Late evening staff were somewhat unfriendly. Late checkin seemed like a chore.....or maybe they'd had a bad day. Either way a simple smile goes a long way in the hospitality industry.

Fantastic location with decent price point for a 4* right in the middle of St Moritz.

Really well located right in the middle of St Moritz, not cheap but then again not much is in St Moritz. Nice pool area and buffet breakfast included.

Late night staff maning the checkin could have been friendlier and generally more pleasant. Left with the feeling that I was bothering them by checking in after 9pm. Family suite for x4 people wasnt much bigger than the standard room for 2.

Hotel Steffani, superb and welcoming.

Everything we loved...and the sole reason for a 9 rather than a 10 was that we didn't have time to see much of the hotel, if we return and had more time there i have absolutely no doubt it would be 10. We had 1 night here only. The rooms were immaculate. Clean, quiet, big, and -importantly for us - had a window/door that opened to let air in at night. We sleep with a window open in all weathers at home, and that feel of cold circulating air is massively.missed in airconned-only rooms even in the ski season. The staff were excellent from picking us up at the station (it's a gentle uphill walk to the hotel) to the front desk, to the Cresta bar and the restaurant. Without exception, all excellent. We had just come off a very long Glacier Express and needed some downtime. We were off early on the Bernina Express and got dropped off at the station, which was greatly appreciated. We really should have had a longer break between scenic trains, and staying here would have been perfect for that. The front desk and our driver were perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. We felt like frie, ds and after a long , ay that was exactly what we needed. The restaurant offered a good range of flavoursome meals of various sizes, not having a huge appetite after a day on a train we had wine (Elisa girgeous) and porcini tagliatelle. The staff were excellent.

Very little and nothing at all about the hotel. We visited at the start of October and the town was very quiet. Our choice if dates and obviously it was between the summer and skiing seasons. If we had been skiing I reckon the town would be buzzing. Also nothing the hotel could have done to liven the town up!

This is a gorgeous hotel. The decor is amazing and has a beautiful authentic feel. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool/sauna area was lovely and so clean.

Great Location with Beautiful Views & Warm Hospitality – Perfect for a Ski Getaway in St. Moritz

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and perfectly placed for exploring St. Moritz. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Breakfast was good, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone staying during the ski season in St. Moritz. Great value for the location and comfort provided.

Clean spacious room in St Moritz

Located in the shopping area Room was spacious and had a bath with separate toilet - always a plus They had a transfer to and from the train line which was very helpful.

No fresh air. Bad smell from kitchen all around reception area. They remodeled hotel, even added pool and sauna, but they did not invest in vent system. Warm stuck air everywhere. Smell as old hotel. I was sleeping with open window even outside was 0C, because a full hotel has stuck air. You will enjoy location and mountain air outside, but hotel has crazy problems with air conditioning and ventilation. Bar got me crazy, they allow to smoke inside bar. My clothes got bad smell for 5 minutes awaiting my drink in bar.

Just AMAZING!

Great hotel with affordable price but Amazing hospitality! The hotel kindly upgraded our room. It has aadditional bedroom instead of a sofa bed, which made our stay(3 adults) much more comfortable! The room also has two bathroom sinks with large mirror, and 3 balconies with fantastic view of the lake. Would love to come back.

Amazing location and view of St. Moritz

Room exceeded our expectations with a beautiful view of the frozen lake. Recommended for sure with family, friends or even for Business. The hotel is very well localted, so the restaurant and its food. Transfer to the Train Station available and very useful.
