The hotel is so well run and the staff are wonderful; kind, efficient and aim to please. The room was big and comfortable with a view of the snowcapped town. We loved all the families and the other guests who were there to ski or see the Olympics or just breathe in the beautiful air.

Amazing location with an apres just down the stairs. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel is located just couple mins walk from the lift. Will be back for sure!

The Hauser Hotel is well located and we as a family were very happy to the level of quality and level of service we had. We liked the breakfast at the hotel and we had lunch/dinner at the Hotel location as well which was by the way, excellent.

Perfect position for everything - ski, bus, city center. Simple but excellent breakfast, modern and clean hotel, nice team of people.

Just dont buy room on the side to the city if you dont like loudy party every day 16-21

Great location & great hotel

Hotel room was extremely comfortable & the staff very helpful when assistance was needed. Was great to receive free passes to go up two of the finicula rails to enjoy the views of the Mountains. Highly recommend staying here

A "Budget" Hotel in price only!! Stay here!

St. Moritz is very small so location is not really an issue. This hotel compared to the ritz-y ones here would be considered "budget" but it was actually VERY nice. The restaurant and breakfast was great! The rooms were very clean and comfy and the staff very helpful. They will come pick you up at the train station if you request it but the walk is not bad either.

Central location

The restaurant was great but I found the breakfast a little lacking in choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved having a balcony. The patisserie attached to the restaurant had some amazing cakes, desserts and chocolates.

Could have had a hot choice for breakfast besides boiled eggs.

Lovely stay in a conveniently located hotel central to everything that we wanted to do.

Great location, lovely, friendly staff who were very knowledgeable in giving us information on the places we wanted to visit and how to go about getting there and decent size hotel room which was very clean. Breakfast was good and was great that the hotel offered to collect us upon our arrival into St Moritz at the train station and return us there on the day we were leaving to go to Zurich.

Everything… location was perfect… staff were extremely friendly & helpful… shuttle service was easy to pre-arrange. Breakfast was simple but delicious with freshly home made pastries, little fresh fruit pots, eggs etc. The staff were so friendly…Our room was spacious, no fridge but the restaurant happily provided an ice bucket, the pillow selection was excellent & staff more than happy to change them. The bath was the longest I have ever been in & you can hear the tv whilst in it. If we return to St Moritz this would be our pick again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hauser Hotel!

We loved the wood and the sustainability! Breakfast was great! Staff was great!

The only thing we had trouble with was the sloped bathtub and lack of well located grab bars. My wife found it hard to get out of the tub and she was off balance in the sloped tub bottom. I was able to navigate it but she had ankle surgery and was not comfortable.

Excellent stay with warm service and great breakfast

The hotel is located on a hillside, but guests can book a shuttle service with the hotel or take the escalators at the St. Moritz Design Gallery for convenient access. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A kettle is available upon request at the reception. The room was simply decorated but spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated. It was warm and quiet, with a brightly lit bathroom that included a bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day. The tap water is safe for drinking and tastes natural and refreshing. Don’t miss the breakfast. The buffet offers delicious bread, as well as flavorful yogurt and cheese. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the facilities and the overall experience made it well worth it. Highly recommended.

At the heart of St. Moritz with a very friendly staff and a good view. The food at the restaurant isn’t bad but it could be better so was the breakfast.

It exceeded my expectations overall. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Room was fine, just small. Breakfast was great, just does not open until 7. I assumed it would be earlier, and there was a line at 7, so maybe start 15 minutes earlier. No big deal either way. Location was great, and lift was very close, so that was very good.

The block of wood that had the room key attached, haha. I guess I'm used to the magnetic card readers on the doors.

Superb

We booked a triple room and it was very spacious, and the view from the window was fabulous. The restaurant downstair served good food and desserts from the chocolatier next to the restaurant was our favorite.

The lift was tiny and slow.

All the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great choice.

The only complaint I have is that the shower head was very loose and hard to keep in place while showering, otherwise it was great.
