Staff speak very good English and are all very helpful. Swimming pool is very modern and sauna is also very private. Just one down point that spa is not available. The hotel has a long history but was well maintained. Things are very clean and tidy. Restaurant is also very nice with good food and excellent staff! A very good experience in the hotel! I wish I have stayed longer!

This is a wonderful hotel with interesting history. The hotel prides itself on the history and is decorated to reflect some of the history. Our stay was comfortable and the hotel was central and convenient. Staff were helpful and the shuttle to and from the station was convenient. We had a most enjoyable stay.

This is an amazing property with very courteous staff Stayed for one night in a balcony room with lake view. It was superb and the room was significantly big by European standards. The bathroom as luxurious too. Pickup and drop at the station was prompt and proactive. Hotel is located right on the shopping street which as very convenient. Breakfast was good. Very close to the lake and suited our long walks. All in all we had a great stay before boarding the Bernina Express. Would like to come back and stay again for sure .

Amazing place to stay. Firstly, the service was just great, and everyone there was so nice. The room was lovely, as was the food from the restaurant on the ground floor. Nice ambiance with wood fires in the reception and the car service to the station is massively useful!

A bit old hotel although the spa is renovated. The room was good, the bathroom is old but clean. It’s literally in the center of St Moritz. The value for money and price is not as expected.

Our stay was wonderful and the amenities fantastic. Our room was smaller but we had a balcony with peek a book lake views. We did have in-room nespresso machine. The pods are to be purchased separately. We enjoyed the pool and the steam room. The location in middle of town was so easy and they had car service to drive you to train if you wanted. There was a wonderful waterfall adjacent to pool area. It wasn't ski season but we saw they had many amenities to store gear. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location & very nice views of lake & mountain from the balcony. Staff was exceptionally helpful in planning excursions up the lifts. Great restaurant at top of highest mountain. You get a card which allows free travel on lifts & busses.

The town was extremely quiet during our stay most shops were closed until June, so there wasn't a lot of shopping or things to do, but fir just being a quick stop over it worked just fine. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.
