Just left and already want to come back

Everything, the service, the food, the location, the hospitality. When we had small inconveniences with the room and the parking spot the staff was extremely accommodating and immediately gave us a new parking and a new room. Could not have asked for a better stay, 10/10, we will be back!

A wonderful stay in the Mountain of Engadin

- Room was big enough for two people - Spa environment was great - Delicious Breakfast - Unfortunately we can not rate the Dinner due to a Private Event, but it looks delicious - Very close to the Lake Silvaplana

- Small Bathroom - Balcony Doors didn't close properly - A little bit expensive for what we got - Bathroom with less storage areas

Perfect stay in Silvaplana!

We had a very lovely stay here! Although only for one night, we enjoyed it a lot. The room is spacious but cosy, clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is really nice! Would love to revisit for sure!

Lovely breakfast room/restaurant. Great service. Very nice staff.

Lounge was dominated by a tv where sports were constantly running. Personally, I don't think there is a need for this. The bar is smoking which is a bit surprising but obviously there is a "need" for this as it was used on several occasions. Don't worry though: you can't smell anything

After three months of being mostly at home, it was wonderful to sit on the sunny terrace of my room, to have a drink in the lounge and dinner in the superb restaurant.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso die die ganze Hotelanlage und die zwei Restaurants. Alles schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Matratzen waren zu hart. Bad ist etwas klein, begehbare Dusche nicht vorhanden.

Ambiance très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue.personnel au top structure familiale .petit déjeuner très copieux.au sous sol espace bien-être super bien équipé pour se détendre.

Attention chambre sur 2 étages sympa mais un peu dangereux les escaliers si vous êtes avec des enfants. Salle de bain un peu vieillit pour un 4 étoiles

Alles, das Personal, die Zimmer, das Essen. Die Stille und die Lage zu den Seen. Besonders an dieser Stelle ist hervorzuheben, die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen im Service und an der Rezeption. Sie halfen mir sehr. Besonders die liebe Adriana u.a vom Service.

Schöne Lage im Dorfkern von Silvaplana. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude war sehr gut und gemühtlich eingerichet. Das Restaurant Stüva ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine tolle Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir können auch das Zimmer im Nebengebäude sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und wunderbar freundlich. Das Hotel liegt an zentraler Lage und die Bushaltestelle und der See sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Im Sommer sind ab 2 Übernachtungen viele Bahnen im Preis enthalten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - vielen Dank.

Top Zimmer, Personal und Lage

Sehr bequemes Bett, absolut ruhig (wir hatten Zimmer mit Seesicht und Balkon), Personal einfach Top, sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und unkompliziert. Das Morgenbuffet war vom feinsten und die thailändische und schweizer Küche waren der Hammer. Dazu noch der Spa Bereich, wo wir die Erholung nach dem Wandern geniessen konnten. Und zur Begrüssung gabs einen feinen Apero und auf dem Zimmer eine Nusstorte, die eine wahre Gaumenfreude war; die ist übrigens an der Reception erhältlich, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns voll begeistert.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die abgegebenen Informationen hilfreich. Die Lage optimal, nur wenige Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Das Essen hervorragend und das Zimmer geräumig.

Grundsätzlich ein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück, grundsätzlich das Essen ist sehr gut. Nachtessen auf der Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Maisonette-Zimmer: Schlafen im oberen Teil und es hat kein Fenster, d.h. es ist sehr warm. Duschen in der Badewanne mag ich gar nicht. Parkplatz nicht mit Hotel verbunden.
