An exceptional stay with excellent service, comfort, and a beautiful atmosphere

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.

Great location and food, but the rooms on the lower ground floor do not have a nice view

The location is great, and very easy to go for a walk or cross-country skiing straight out of the hotel, since the hotel is by the lake which is frozen over in the winter. The scenery is very beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the food is excellent.

One of the rooms we booked was on the lower ground floor, which meant the view from our window was just the street and cars, which I did not realise when I booked. When we arrived I asked if there were other rooms available but was informed it wasn’t possible to move rooms as the hotel was fully booked. It is quite expensive to stay there and we paid a lot of money for our room, so it’s a shame it had such a bad view, especially since the scenery around the hotel is generally lovely. I’ve attached a picture to show this.

Very nice hotel. Impressed how owners are hands on and cultivate contact with guests. Super location, very quiet.

Owners and the front office staff are very friendly. All other staff but especially F&B are not friendly, have no charm and seem stressed with too much work. As a result we ate outside after the first night. Housekeeping service is stressed too and room was not made up until mid afternoon.

Ein kleiner Juwel in einer wunderschönen Bergkulisse

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ein kleiner Juwel muss man schon eingestehen ä. Das Hotel ist nicht gross, aber dass macht es genau sympathisch. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch. Leckere Brötchen, frische geschmacksvolle Früchten, regionale Spezialitäten. Auch beim Teesortiment haben sie nicht gespart - hochwertige Tees. Und der Ausblick beim Frühstück - einfach herrlich.

Schöne Lage, sehr nett an der Rezeption, eigener Parkplatz, hohe Qualität des Essens im Restaurant. Super schöner Blick von der Terasse.

Zimmer bei dem Preis etwas exklusiveres erwartet. Personal im Restaurant bis auf Pepe unglaublich arrogant. Keine Vegane Option, Frühstück ok, aber 2 Spiegeleier 7,50 extra, echt jetzt? Wir waren mit unserem Peugeot wohl nicht das Zielpublikum, lieber mit Porsche kommen und Pelz anziehen….

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Frühstücksbuffet war grossartig, vielfältig und sehr schön präsentiert. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Den schönen und gepflegten Garten konnten wir auch geniessen sowie die Wellnessanlage mit Sauna.

Die extrem hohen Preise auf der Weinkarte! Aber man kann ja ausweichen!

Hotel molto bello, ben curato e pulito. Camera standard spaziosa e silenziosa. Abbondante e di qualita' la colazione. SPA valida con bagno turco , due saune e sala relax. Ristorante eccellente e bellissimo il dehors.

angenehmer Aufenthalt vor allem auch mit Hunden!

Frühstücksbüffet war perfekt auch dank den beiden Damen, welche für den Service sorgten. Unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Und was wir auch sehr schätzten sie sprachen deutsch!

Die Bedienung tagsüber/abends im Gartenrestaurant war ok, aber nicht mehr. Mühsam, da die Angestellten nur rudimentär deutsch sprachen und nicht aufmerksam waren. Die Zimmer wurden immer erst am späten Nachmittag gereinigt. Auch beim Check-in (ab 16.00 Uhr) waren nicht alle Zimmer bereit. Die Information bei der Rezeption war nicht berauschend. Keine Ahnung über Bus-Tarife (Hund), die ÖV-Billette mussten explizit verlangt werden...

Die Lage und das Hotel selber

Ich hatte ein nicht renoviertes Einzelzimmer und so war leider das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig. Aber es war über Booking com gebucht und im Hotel klärten sie mich auf, dass sie so leider nichts machen können.
