Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Wooden floors. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 5 at 300 m, height 205 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Fridge without freezer, non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. -Terrasse 170m2 (only summer) - will be used by two apartments.
