This is a good option if you don't want to stay in the centre and are actually here to ski!

Breakfast good and in the property. Location fine ... near a bus route into the main town and a 10 minute walk from Signal lift. No staff on site but the staff at sister hotel Reine Victoria were excellent. Good value for St Moritz.

A little more detail on room location would have been useful; I would expect to find Room 03 on the Ground Floor rather than the First Floor.

Free shuttle service. Great mountain view. Proximity to train station. Nice promenade close to hotel. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful dinner with a unique Swiss experience of fondue!

Fine for one night

We only stayed one night and it was fine for overnight. Restaurant in hotel was good and waitress friendly.

The hotel said they would arrange a recipes to collect us from the station but we waited 15 minutes and it didn’t arrive. The one in tbe morning to take us back to the station did arrive on time.

1 . sport leader from (football team) was giving us instructions like he was the owner of the hotel . He was very rude ! “You took wrong table , put your mask on , silence ! etc “ ((( I felt like I’m not in the hotel but at his own place! was disaster ! 2. eggs were not available while officially open hours for breakfast

Great location and near the city center. Offers a transportation card (discounts on lifts, trains, buses, ect) which is very convenient in this city and local area!

WONDERFUL - definitely go there again - the owner is a superb resource of tourist information

Breakfast contains of fresh bred, great butter, local youghurt and you can get an egg. It is perfectly sufficient and the bread and butter were awesome.

I missed fresh orange juice and would not mind paying for a glass extra

Limpeza, café da manhã excelente , o quarto é agradável , excelente vista do quarto , ótima localização do hotel possui sérviço de free transfer .

As camas são separadas , duas camas de solteiro que não ficam juntas, tem um espaço no meio .

Lo staff del ristorante gentilissimo! Carini e premurosi sia a cena che a colazione. Ma l'albergo senza personale funzionerà per la catena dell'albergo, ma è una desolazione per il Cliente...

Tutto bene, tranne proprio il 'web check-in' che da' persino il nome all'albergo. Ho fatto la prenotazione via booking per 2 camere singole, ero in viaggio con una mia collega. Bene, il web check-in mi sblocca solo una chiave per una sola camera... Sono dovuto andare a piedi fino all'albergo gemello a piedi per ritirare la mia chiave fisica... proprio non bene

- posizione in zona tranquilla ( vicino chiesa san Borromeo) ma non centrale, - colazione ottima con ampia scelta sia di dolce che salato.

- camera disponibile con un ora di ritardo rispetto all' orario di check-in(15), -Applicazione per check-in che non da informazioni corrette (diceva di non trovare la mia prenotazione, quindi, dopo aver atteso ho dovuto chiamare il numero assistenza), - per ritiro chiavi bisogna andare all hotel vittoria, - per utilizzare il phon in dotazione (con spinotto NON compatibile con le prese della camera) bisogna recarsi all hotel vittoria per ricevere adattatore, - camera e bagno vecchi non pulitissimi ( briciole sul tavolo).

Zu wenig für zu viel Geld

Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal am Morgen sehr freundlich.

1. der online Check-In ist nicht gerade sehr Userfreundlich. 2. habe nach dem Parkplatz gefragt (im Restaurant), bekam eine dürftige Antwort und man hätte ja jetzt keine Zeit mehr. Dann verschwand der Angestellte. Parken kann man letztendlich an einem anderen Hotel. Also hab ich dort nochmal gefragt und bekam eine höfliche Antwort. Parken ein paar Meter entfernt und umsonst. 3. Gesamteindruck: das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, macht aber noch einen soliden Eindruck 4. der Preis (Freitag auf Samstag) ist m. E. für dieses Hotel absolut nicht gerechtfertigt - auch in St. Moritz nicht. 5. wurden bei der Abreise während des Frühstücks einfach automatisch ausgecheckt. Konnten somit nicht nochmal ins Zimmer und mussten das Personal rufen. Zum Glück hatte die Frau einen Generalschlüssel (Chip) 6. Es gab eigentlich gar keine Steckdosen in dem Zimmer - bzw. waren diese hinter dem Nachttisch versteckt. Trotzdem in der heutigen Zeit zu wenig.
