Great hotel, room, service and food all excellent. Great location.

We loved the hotel. It had a cosy vibe and the reception staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. Comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the Caruso restaurant both nights which was fantastic, great food and lovely staff. Great location just 5 mins walk to cable car and 20 mins into St Moritz. Buses were very good and frequent.

A room with a view - this one takes some beating!

The hotel has a luxurious feel and the modern decor works well. There are three restaurants on site and two others to visit in nearby properties, so great choice for evening meals. The lobby bar is spacious and has an open fire. The whole place has a great ambience.

I would like to have hair conditioner in the room. There are lots of leaflets around explaining different events taking place but it would be even better to have some maps and details for local walks. (Zermatt has an app which can be downloaded to find out this kind of information.) The St Moritz website is not particularly helpful so if the hotel could supply this local information it would be most useful for hikers like myself.

Very good food options.

Hotel is very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant food options was some of the best food we’ve had in Switzerland.

There is a bar that is open late on a Friday and Saturday night we found it very noisey. We were told we had to pay extra for the use of the wellness Center which we felt was not right as hotel guests. It is a bit further out of town Center than we expected.

property is under reconstruction, however it’s is amazing, food at restaurants is top notch. 5 min walk to nearest ski lift reception staff was helpful, but i want to highlight a guy from the bar near reception. When all restaurants were full, he went extra mile to comfort us and even made an exception to serve us food from restaurant in the lobby next to fire place

Slightly disappointed

The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. I had a beautiful birthday cake waiting for me and 2 drinks vouchers to help celebrate my birthday which we really appreciated. Thank you.

Too big!! Lacks atmosphere, lacks wall furnishings, not much cosy essentials present. Bit ‘worn’ on places, might benefit from redecorating? We booked Hotel Laudinella on ‘what we saw’ and ended up in the ‘sister hotel’ Rein Victoria, and tbh, I would not have booked there as not our style and choice of accommodation. Sorry.

Nice stay

The hotel is in the middle of a upgrade and we weren't advised until 1 week before we arrived. Room was OK. Breakfast was excellent and so was the pizza restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Enjoyed our stay

It was really quiet despite the renovation works. And the location is perfect. Although we didn't need it, they offered a transport to the station. The Italian restaurant in the house is amazing. Breakfast was great! We received a pass for all the bahns and public transport in the region which is really generous.

The room was a bit small and I needed to ask for an extra chair to have something to sit on if i didn't want to sit on the bed. We got there a bit earlier and we actually needed to wait till 3 to the minute to get the rooms. The pillow was uncomfortable but the bed was comfi. The wellness was not available, we checked other 2 which were offered as options, but they were closed as well. The 4th option was open but had only a sauna and a steam so we skipped it.

Well appointed.

New built hotel with on going works but disruption is minimal. Nice room, very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was well laid out with a very good variety of foods and beverages. Easy bus connections to town.

The Caruso restaurant was not what was expected for an Italian dining experience.

Would have been happier if hotel had agreed and compensated accordingly. But they didn’t. We paid over £320 for one nigh

They offer a pick up service and it will be nice once it’s renovated.

Walking into a building site and being told just 3 days before that there would be scaffolding (which we accepted) but instead it was a lot more than that. Work including drilling was going on even on our landing. Will be lovely when done but extremely expensive with such significant work and not relaxing at all. Hotel notified and apologised but said it was a ‘third party issue’.

Great, once all refurbished

Super friendly staff at reception, at the bar and at the breakfast. The refurbished parts are lovely and so was the breakfast.

The building was being refurbished and we had an old and tired room. The building had scaffolding outside and we had to get to the room via a building site corridor. Would be great to have known upfront.

Better priced than many hotels in St. Moritz, but not great

The breakfast was delicious. They even made omelets to order.

The location was far out of town, close to bunches of multi-colored apartment buildings. There was construction going on everywhere, not only at the hotel. The lobby was hip and cavernous, created to host large parties. Once you left the lobby you entered a completely different area with red carpet and a tiny, shabby elevator that could barely hold 2 people with their bags. The decor of the rooms, a mixture of local wood and green flocked-like wallpaper, looked like something a third grader would design. The hotel photos made it look much better.

Could handle the building work better

We were told our room was not near the building works and the outside scaffold which was right outside our room but no work was being done however 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning we were woken up by drilling - not very close by but as we sleep with the window open, it woke us up. Also, we were given a single room when we asked for a double and the night Porter couldn’t change it

Promising potential, but falls a bit short for now.

Room was very big with a good view. Breakfast was exceptional.

There was quite a bit of construction during our stay, which made navigating the building somewhat confusing. The complimentary shuttle to the train station only ran once an hour starting at 7:55 AM, which didn’t align well with trains to Tirano that departed at :48 past the hour. Because of the inconvenient shuttle schedule, we had to take a taxi to the train station—which cost 30 Swiss francs for a five-minute ride. Housekeeping took our large towels on the first day but didn’t replace them or refill the nearly empty shower soap. Additionally, although the hotel had promoted two dining options—highlighting an Asian restaurant in a pre-arrival email as a silver lining to the ongoing construction—only the Italian restaurant was open. The restaurant also lacked a clear host station, which led to an awkward wait before anyone acknowledged us.

Great stay

Really nice hotel, bit of construction work going on but we kept as separate as possible from the guests and everything was clean and tidy. The lounge was lovely to relax in after a long day and the room was very comfortable with great views. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Met our needs for overnight stay

Price -they had transport from train to hotel . We came in after transport hours but they were willing to accommodate. The lobby and restaurants beautiful

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy parking.

The room was spotless. The design of the room for 3 people was very nice. The entrance area allows for coats to be hung. We each had our own bed and a small sitting area with a table in the corner was a bonus. Traveling with an adult child it is great to have a true bed and not a pullout.

excellent service! hotel staff very accommodating…makes you feel at home. we loved the hotel’s Italian restaurant. lobby was modern spacious and lovely fireplace. free access included to the Ovaverva spa and indoor pool - do not miss! this is what the kids loved the most. pool for all ages and water slides. book a massage for extra cost - super relaxing and super worth it. you can walk 20mins to the center while enjoying the lake and the beautiful view.
