An exceptional stay with comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, the staff was warm and attentive, and the restaurant on the first floor was outstanding. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The location couldn’t have been better, everything felt convenient and perfectly situated. I would definitely return if I visit St. Moritz again.

Nice hotel with a feasible location and comfort

1. The room was adequately spacious 2. The location of the hotel is nice, very close to bus station and also gondola which would take you to Piz Nair 3. If you stay atleast 2 nights, the hotel will give you a card which you can use for any type of transport within St. Moritz (bus, gondola, cable car, chair lift etc) 4. The hotel is right across the river adding a nice touch

1. There are no halal restaurants nearby, you need to take a bus and go to the city center 2. The vanity of the washroom was not so clean

Beyond expectations. Reception staff were beyond accomodating, breakfast and restaurant staff were amazing!

Only thing, TV and fridge didn’t seem to work, might have been me, but I have no doubt if I asked the staff for help, they would have sorted it out if I asked.

The room was comfy, clean and quiet with carpets in the corridors. The restaurant was stylish with 'Louis XVI' style wooden chairs and the servers were polite and welcoming and breakfast was good

The wooden bridge crossing the river which gives access to the hotel. It was slippery.

Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay.

The room was really nice, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, including the coffee. Parking looks good, but we arrived by train. There is a bus stop right near the hotel; the 101 bus takes you to the train station (use B stop). Wifi was good.

I thought the price was a bit high, but that is typical for the area; it is a very expensive area to stay.

Lovely autumnal Alpine stay

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location next to cable car station. As we stayed 2 nights, we were given free access travel cards for the region, which included buses, funicular, cable cars/lifts for the region. Everything was open. Don't just go in the winter!

We were only there for a quick stop over so booked the budget room which was ok very small which we already knew . The hotel is old world but very pleasant, we had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. The staff were very friendly. Easy access to bus for transport to and from station and town.

Unfortunately the bed was extremely noisy, every time you moved in it it creaked. We travelled in Switzerland for 14 nights and it was the only bed we had issues with.

Great property, great location and St Moritz is absolutely gorgeous.

Excellent location with an aerial tram a block away, a gorgeous river running right next to property and a bus stop just a minute away from front desk. Breakfast was decent and the front desk staff were outstanding-- going above and beyond after I had a mountain biking accident.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel’s restaurant; the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was pretty good except the hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was a bit messy. But it’s pretty close to the airport and the tram station is right outside the hotel, very convenient. Hotel room is nice and has air condition. Trust me not a lot of hotels have that in Switzerland. As a matter of fact, that’s the only hotel out of 5 hotels that we stayed in Switzerland that has it. Even we pay double the price than this one still has no air condition.

I rate the facilities lower because of construction.

lovely hotel without the hustle and bustle of the larger establishments, highly recommend

everything was brilliant from arrival to departure, staff were really helpful, they provided us with a tourist pass which gives one free access to all the cable cars and buses. parking on site, breakfast was quaint but had everything one needs, room was excellent with river views.

Very nice located next to the cable car Signalbahn, with a river at the entrance and nice valley view. In the morning you might be woken up by cowbells. Free own parking, clean room as per description, standard fresh breakfast (scrambled eggs, some veggies, ham, bakery, etc). Staff was super friendly

Beautiful little hotel, highly recommend

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had interactions with a number of different staff and all of them had the same friendly, can-do attitude.

Although we did walk to the centre of town a few times, it's a little too far. However, it's directly across from the Kapinsky which is the finest hotel in St Moritz and we had more fun there than anywhere in the town (which didn't have much to do at all).

Great hotel with phenomenal staff and direct access to various activities

Fantastic hotel along the river, with direct access to trails along the valley floor and the Signalbahn, which gives you direct access to the mountains. The hotel provides a number of free parking spaces in front and along the side of the hotel. The hotel also provides a package for skiers and hikers, which includes a travel pass for the entire Engadin valley, which is available at a reduced price if you stay longer than a certain number of days. This time, I was there during the ski season, so I was able to buy a pass for 45/day for the four days that I was there. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the staff were very welcoming to our dog (23kg Labrador mix), and accommodated us (dog, too) for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel. The options for breakfast are somewhat slim, but they have the basics (bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt) and you can ask the staff for eggs in various ways (fried, scrambled, etc.). The dinner was always available as a set menu, with a starter, two options as entrees, and a dessert. We did not book an option that already included dinner, but we did eat at the hotel-restaurant on two occasions. The price was cheaper than most restaurants in the area and the food was of good quality, though we did find some things a bit too salty.

Perhaps the restaurant could also make available vegetarian options, which were never listed during our stay.
