Location, buffet-style dinner for 30.-, friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Excellent location for skiing in the Corviglia area (walking distance from cable car to Marguns)
The rooms are noticeably dated and the beds and mattresses should really be renewed first. The room and the corridors feel at least 4 decades old, a paint renewal would do wonders.
The breakfast buffet could be improved. Offering scrambled eggs and bacon would make a big difference. Having to boil and peel your own eggs isn’t ideal, not everyone has the patience/skill for using the appliance.

Location was excellent
Twin beds were too narrow
Bathroom utilities such as shampoo and body wash were the same as hand wash.
No kettle in the room

Fabulous location just down the hill from the historic bobsled run. Very convenient and easy to find. The staff was friendly and the interiors clean and comfortable.
There was a very strong smell of chlorine bleach in the bedroom. The lobby and dining room are beautifully updated and decorated, while the sleeping room has relatively shabby furniture and felt a bit like a dormitory.

Cost and attitude, not just the locals but hospitality staff also, be prepared to pay for tap water because they have to wash your glass.
