Basic but very clean and comfortable. David was very welcoming and friendly.

Perfectly placed for our purposes and the bus stop is right outside the hotel to take you wherever you want to go.

Unfortunately there was renovation work going on in the building, which was disturbing but nothing that could be done about it.

Great host, he upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony and a Mountain View. Really nice location with some other dorm style buildings around. The rooms are so cozy and clean. We found everything we needed in this suite. Definitely would recommend! If I return I’d pick the same place again. Note: For those coming from the train station with luggage, please take a bus that drops you off at the Youth hotel or a taxi if you’re not driving yourself. The place is located at a hill so you’ll have to walk uphill for some time.

Great manager of a wonderful warm self contained studio

Lovely David, who met us and explained everything, even though it was in the email sent. Warm, self contained, big room. Good shower, comfortable beds. Very quiet. Really good breakfast next door at the youth hostel. Lucky with parking in the garage as it was snowing. Cheaper than the youth hostel, off season

Comfortable apartment, friendly owner

Hotel can be reached via a bus which saves us walking from the main station! The bus stops at the hostel next door which was a really short walk to the hotel. Apartment is big and contains a good sized fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven. Also has utensils and cutlery for simple cooking. The owner of the hotel met us when we first arrived, and very kindly allowed us to use the washer and dryer in the basement. We enjoyed the stay very much.

It would have been nice to provide some aluminium foil/baking paper to be able to use the oven, or some cooking oil to be able to do simple cooking.

Excellent stay with outstanding hospitality

Our stay was exceptional — the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel provided an Engadin Card, which allowed us to enjoy complimentary rides on cable cars and funiculars with breathtaking views of St. Moritz. But what truly made the experience memorable was David’s remarkable kindness. After check-out, we encountered an unexpected car issue, and David kindly contacted the insurance company on our behalf and helped resolve the problem. Thanks to his care and support, we were able to return to the airport safely. We are sincerely grateful for his assistance — he made our visit to St. Moritz an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful apartments, clean and tidy, everything you need, beautiful views of the city and mountains. Friendly staff. Paid parking, but we stayed longer than our stay without extra charge.

Good value for money and spacious

Not really a hotel by classical classification. You get a flat, which means plenty of space, big living room open kitchen combo, bedroom and bathroom. Traveling with motorcycle I loved the space to spread the great all over (there was rain on the way, so needed to dry everything). The location (with some remarks, check the didn't like) in the edge of City, so very calm area.

The location, as it is an apartment, you need to find something to eat. So there is a little walk to be done, about 1km to the closest grocery store or restaurant. Not sure if it is every night, but in the same building basement, there seems to be a delivery/transport company's officer or something, so be prepared that weekdays at 03:00 there might be loud unloading and loading of stuff.

Lovely apartment, great shower

Great spot, hosts made it very easy to check in at any time and on arrival they dropped by to check if we had any questions. It's a bit out of the main town but the town is still very easy to reach by bus or on foot. Shower is great.

Top. There so much to do in the beautiful area if you like varied outdoor activities.

Well placed in Moritz. The area is not the most glamour (no lake view, no palace around, rather the popular residential and industrial area, but still some nice forest and mountain/gletscher view) but very practical on foot or with bike: 480 m to moritzersee without elevation difference, 900 m from supermarket hub, 1200 m to signal cable car, 2000m to lej de staz (the coolest bathing place in the region in summer with very decent water temperatures given elevation). The area is at the edge of the staj forest so rather quiet... when there is no ongoing construction on the street. Equipment of the flat is very practical too. 2 features make it truly exceptional: First, the daily cards for the lifts, included in the room price in summer. If you intend to use them, that's a real benefit given the standard price of these cards. Second: the exceptional readiness and proactiveness to help of the hotel personnel (at any rate in our case: David). We felt treated. Definitively a place we might come back to.

Good Place to Stay

Property location is about 30minutes walk from the train station but the walk is very enjoyable because most of the walk is next to the lake with a beautiful view. Bus can be taken easily from the train station if you are carrying big luggage. There is lift in the building and the property is also suitable for people driving their own car. Property is very comfortable with amazing view to the mountain. There is a warehouse next to the property which spoil the view a little bit but it is not the end of the world. Property was clean and tidy. There is a super market just about 15 minutes walk that will help you to save some money by doing your own cooking since everything is expensive in Switzerland compare to the rest of Europe.

There is a 70CHF charge if kitchen is left uncleaned which is reasonable to request guest to leave everything clean but no cleaning utensils were provided to do so. No sure how it is expected to clean when the only cleaning product was soap but no kitchen towels, sponges, kitchen roll-paper was not provided. It is not reasonable to expect people on holiday to carry those cleaning products with them when they are travelling for holidays. No other common consumables provided in the apartment like salt, sugar, oil, napkins, butter. etc.

Clean house. Very spacious. Fully furnished kitchen. Need to walk over to the next building for breakfast. About a 2km walk along the lake to reach the place from the station. Easily doable. We had to take a taxi because it was raining. It costed 30 Eur. Also, if you use and leave the dishes dirty, you get charged a cleaning fee( there's a card that mentions this).

The room was very old fashioned, the family room had 2 single beds in each room but they were toe to toe, so quite small and the beds couldn't be any more basic. Considering th cost, I thought it was too expensive. The bathroom was also the entrance to the room and the shower was warm but old. This place is basic and clean and good to put your head down but no more
