Overall, nothing critical, but due to this attitude, I would not choose this hotel again.

The hotel is new and conveniently located close to the ski lift. There is a ski storage room and several saunas, which is very nice after a day in the mountains.

Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by the attitude of the staff. At breakfast, seating is assigned by the staff, and I was always placed near the entrance in a drafty area, even though there were plenty of free and more comfortable tables available. This really spoiled the mood in the mornings. In addition, the receptionist explained the check-in rules in an irritated manner and without any friendliness, which was especially disappointing right before Christmas. Among all the staff, only the housekeeping team was genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Welcoming stay to Aussie travellers

Wonderful service, very comfortable stay, beautiful family room with view to mountains. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Silvaplana exceeded our expectations, what a relaxing place to visit Would like to stay again.

The shower curtain was the only let-down, however not a massive deal. Everything clean and room refreshed daily.

Beautiful location, very friendly reception. Room was very clean.

Matress on the bed was size for kids. Narrower and shorter than a standard bed in all european hotels. Two nights of extreme discomfort. We were told at the reception to ask for room with standard beds next time- make sure when you book to check what kind of matresses are in your room.

Great service, both at the reception and the restaurant. Ski in/Ski out, hotel right on the slope.

To be noted, the closest grocery story is located in St Moritz, a 10 -13 min car ride away. This is unrelated to the excellent service and location of the hotel.

Eine schöne Woche in Surlej

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Perfekt zum Winterwandern oder Skifahren. Wir hatten einen Garagenplatz reserviert. Sehr einfacher Zugang von der Garage bis ins Zimmer. Das zugehörige Hotelrestaurant hat eine sehr gute Küche. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren mit den angebotenen Mahlzeiten sehr zufrieden. Es wurde abwechslungsreich und frisch gekocht und für Vegetarier gab es eine sehr befriedigende Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war überheizt. Dies liess sich jedoch mit dem Zurückdrehen des Ventiles recht gut regeln.

Top Frühstück, super nettes Personal, ideal nur wenige Schritte vom Skilift entfernt. Günstiger Skipass über Hotel :-)!

Zimmereinrichtung aus den 70ern mit Schrankbett - man fühlt sich in die Kindheit zurückversetzt. Alter Fernseher, lässt sicht nicht mit iPad oder Bluetooth koppeln.

Appartamento non adatto a bimbi piccoli o persone anziane

Buona colazione e ristorante. Staff del ristorante molto gentile e professionale. Cani molto ben accetti in struttura.

La camera non è assolutamente adatta a persone anziane o bambini. La scala (6 gradini) che collega la zona TV e soggiorno con la zona bagno non ha un corrimano né un parapetto. Questo la rende molto pericolosa per persone con difficoltà di equilibrio. Ci siamo lamentati per una caduta, che avrebbe potuto avere conseguenze anche serie, e siamo stati trattati con molta freddezza e nessuna empatia o scuse.

Die Lage im Ortsteil Surley ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der Talstation Corvatsch. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren und Wanderungen. Pass für die Bergbahnen ist inkludiert👍

Zimmer sind etwas klein. Steckdosen und Stellplätze für Bikes und eBikes reichen nicht aus.

Extrem gastfreundlich und sehr sauber.

Für uns bis jetzt das hundefreundlichste Hotel in der Schweiz. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Das Personal tut das beste um den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben die kleine aber feine, liebevolle Saunalandschaft im Keller genossen.

Auf der rückseitigen Front ist die ganze Nacht die Wegbeleuchtung in einer Wiese so stark, dass man als Gast gezwungen ist, die Rollladen komplett runter zu lassen. Von Seite des Hotels wurde erfolglos bei der zuständigen Überbauung gewünscht, dass die Lichter um 24:00 ausschalten. Sehr ärgerlich für den Gast und das Hotel.
