If you want downtown St Moritz this is not for you. Location is amazing though, close to the Survretta Hotel and a few minutes by car from the centre in a charming and super nice part of town

I took suit with view it was lovely The view over the mountains was amazing Reception was friendly and helpful

-The pillow was very soft not comfortable for my neck I wish it was harder -very expensive room -no available table in the room ? How we can eat this was very weird I ordered room service food I was confused where to eat as no table -I booked skiing trip through the concierge originally in the official website for Suvretta snow sports price was only 47 CHF for whole day The lady on the phone of this company charge me 240 CHF for 2 hours only it means 5 times the price and rather than this charging me extra for the skiing instruments almost 100 CHF also she asked me about my credit card details which is not professional as it’s confidential for my safety, may be you should consider better way to book trip through your hotel Tourists be careful of this skiing school they will fool you

My husband and I, we really enjoyed this trip. The staff are really nice. We also enjoyed the restaurants and the food a lot. The location is very good. Rooms are clean.

We do not like the bed and pillows. There are two single beds and they combined them as a double bed. They are also not comfortable.

Perfect birthday party

The service has been incredible even before the trip started. The hotel reached me for my booking since it would have been my birthday getaway and they upgraded us in a bigger room! We were picked up from the train station by a really kind man and in 10 minutes we were at the hotel. The staff offered us a drink to start the process of the check-in and a really nice lady offered us a tour of the various things offered inside the hotel (a very excellent selection from the food to the ski area, kids playground and etc). We went inside our rooms and they gave us also a cake and wine to celebrate! I felt really appreciated and loved. We went then to the spa and inside it was really fully equipped with any kind of service! At the evening we also went to one fo the three restaurant inside and it was amazing, service and food were excellent quality! Unfortunately we stayed just the weekend but we will definitely come back soon to spend more time and enjoy everything the Giardino Hotel offer! Great stay and great people (and this is what makes the different from other hotels in the zone ;)

Great Staff and Concierge services, hotel is super clan, comfy and modern with local hints of beauty. The Rest. Hide and SeeK is amazing for breakfast and dinner!!! Helping alot will Ski activities.

Very cosy atmosphere. Place is really nice, clean and very welcoming. Staff is great in all aspects.

The beds. The mattresses are very hard, so a topper would definitely help. Also the pillows could be better.

Boutique-Hotel mit einigem Service-Defizit

Wir erhielten - nach einer Reklamation - eine wunderschöne Suite mit toller Aussicht. Gebucht hatten wir eine Alpin-Suite, die nicht unserem Geschmack entsprach.Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Geschäftsführer sind auf Zack und reagierten effizient auf alle Anfragen!Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und das Essen im Restaurant Ecco (2 Michelin-Sterne) war ausgezeichnet und - na ja-nicht gerade günstig. Gefallen hat uns der Pool und Spa-Bereich, den wir rege genutzt hatten. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und hat ausserdem einen gut funktionierenden Shuttle-Service zu den Bergbahnen.

Wir hatten in der Bar mit Freunden abgemacht und nach 20 Minuten gaben wir dem Barpersonal winkend Zeichen, dass wir gerne etwas zu trinken hätten. Es gab an diesem Abend drei Leute hinter der Bar und fast keine Gäste. Das ist peinlich. Einen nicht so tollen Service gab es leider auch im Frühstücksraum. Wir hatten generell den Eindruck, dass das Personal nicht richtig geschult war, oder nicht beaufsichtigt wurde. Schade...

Média e abaixo da expectativa deveria ter escolhido o kempinsky onde já tive ótimas experiências em outras cidades .

Os quartos eram bons com uma vista também agradável.

Não tive uma experiência boa com o concierge da noite do dia 26 quando fui retirar os tickets da subida na montanha. Não estavam prontos e pediram para retirar no dia seguinte. De manhã não estavam prontos e pediram esperar na frente do hotel mas em seguida tivemos que sair antes de receber , pois o transfer estava saindo e perderíamos nossa aula. Ai ligamos para falar do assunto e o atendente foi muito rude e ainda disse que era nossa culpa. No final resolveram mas não assumiram o erro. Também não alertaram que deveríamos devolver os cartões e cobraram 10 francos. Não tínhamos tempo de abrir as malas que já estavam dentro do transfer e catar os cartões dentro das roupas de ski. Escolhi este hotel para passar meu aniversário mas não atendeu as expectativas. Os garçons do restaurante foram excelentes e ali tivemos uma ótima experiência. O motorista que nos buscou e levou na estação também muito atencioso .
