Very good location - not far to nearest ski-lift Celerina /Schlarigna and train station - 10 min walking . Celerina located beetwen St. Moritz and Pontresina walking distance through the forests .Hotel charmingly situated by the river in stylish building. Very nice staff and restaurant . The restaurants service is very friendly and professional.

Good warm stay

An excellent stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were attentive and professional. The room size was generous, clean, and comfortable. Room service and dining options were of high quality with good variety. Breakfast was included and very well presented. The accommodation standards and hospitality created a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, everything was well managed and the stay was very enjoyable.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the arrival and departure transfer arrangements to the train station. I booked and fully paid in advance for a Suite for two nights, which represents a significant value. However, I was not offered the option to arrange a departure transfer from the hotel to the train station. As a result, I had to find a driver myself to assist with luggage and transportation, which caused inconvenience and additional unplanned cost. Considering the room category and the amount paid, I believe this service should reasonably be included or at least clearly offered as an option. This experience affected the overall impression of my stay.

The location is excellent but the front desk staff and management behavior completely destroyed the experience. From the very first phone call, the tone was robotic and confrontational. I called to inform the hotel about our pet and ask some infos on arrival. On Booking, under “popular facilities”, the hotel clearly states “free parking” like spa, wifi and bar. This was written at the time of booking and is still written today. The receptionist immediately told me that no parking was available and insisted that nothing like this was written online. When I explained that I was reading it directly on Booking, she repeatedly told me that I was wrong. Everything was said in a condescending and argumentative manner, not remotely appropriate for swiss hospitality. The next day, the manager called me. No greeting, no interest in understanding the situation, only defensive behavior. When I asked what solution she could offer, she told me to “check the google maps and write ‘parking’.” When I said I would report the misleading information to Booking so other guests would not be treated the same way, her response was simply "do it.". About one hour later, the hotel suddenly informed us that parking was available. The same disrespect continued during the stay, our room was not cleaned one day, and when we explained we had removed the Do Not Disturb sign earlier, the receptionist flatly denied our explanation, insisting we were still in the room, we had to prove with a photo taken outside the hotel to stop the argument.. basic requests (one pillow, one bottle of water) took 30–35 minutes and were followed by dismissive answers like “we said it’s coming, so it’s coming.” At nearly €700 per night for the most basic room, guests should never feel talked down to, argued with, or treated as if they are lying. Swiss hospitality is known worldwide for professionalism, discretion, and respect. Sadly, this hotel delivers the opposite.

My 1st visit to this hotel was on April 2024, this is the 2nd time i revisit to this hotel but i did notice that the breakfast food variety is less choice then my previous stay. Food in restaurant is very nice!!

Cozy getaway where relaxation and friendly atmoshere is guaranteed.

An excellent cozy Swiss-style property, close to nature and in utmost tranquility, peppered with the smell of burning wood and the sound of horseshue. Staff are friendly and professional, making you feel at home. Sauna is small but enough, with a bucket of scented water awaiting us to be poured onto the lava stones. Attention to detail everywhere: commuting was free during our stay, and we were given water for our return trip. Restaurant Uondas has a lovely ambience and tasty food. One can sip great cocktails in front of the fireplace after a hike, or have a cigar (also available) at the counter.

It would have been nice to taste the delicacies of Restaurant Hünerei and Heimatli, but during our stay, they were closed.

A comfortable hotel but rather too expensive for what was on offer.

Lovely location and very stylish accommodation. Friendly staff.

Our room was very cramped . The hotel charges sfr 12 per room clean if requested. If guests do not ask for their rooms to be cleaned, they receive a daily token worth sfr10 towards drinks or food. Two restaurants - one a ‘fine dining’ which is very costly with a very extensive wine selection at seriously high prices. No house or open wines at more reasonable prices. The other restaurant has a lovely ambiance and offers Swiss traditional dishes. Again, rather overpriced food and wine. There is only a small lounge for guests to have drinks, tea or relax. Only one full height table that was taken by the same couple throughout our stay. We struggled to find anywhere to play a board game together in the evening.

Staff was incredibly thoughtful and generous, offering a chance to dine in the restaurant after hours as well as coffee and water upon our exit. The room was fully equipped and beautiful. Thanks for going over and above, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely place to stay but not inexpensive.

We loved Celerina, much nicer than nearby St. Moritz although a lot quieter. Hotel is clearly set up for winter skiers but rooms were practical and generally well equipped. Restaurant expensive but good. At 6000ft climate is cooler than lower resorts but air quality superb. Views spectacular.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were impeccably clean. Breakfast was also excellent with both buffet and à la carte options. We also appreciated the free parking on the hotel grounds.
