Excellent amazing breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious. Loved the fireplace.

Very good location - not far to nearest ski-lift Celerina /Schlarigna and train station - 10 min walking . Celerina located beetwen St. Moritz and Pontresina walking distance through the forests .Hotel charmingly situated by the river in stylish building. Very nice staff and restaurant . The restaurants service is very friendly and professional.

An excellent stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were attentive and professional. The room size was generous, clean, and comfortable. Room service and dining options were of high quality with good variety. Breakfast was included and very well presented. The accommodation standards and hospitality created a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, everything was well managed and the stay was very enjoyable.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding the arrival and departure transfer arrangements to the train station.
I booked and fully paid in advance for a Suite for two nights, which represents a significant value. However, I was not offered the option to arrange a departure transfer from the hotel to the train station. As a result, I had to find a driver myself to assist with luggage and transportation, which caused inconvenience and additional unplanned cost.
Considering the room category and the amount paid, I believe this service should reasonably be included or at least clearly offered as an option. This experience affected the overall impression of my stay.
