Lovely Mountain hotel with ski in out at reasonable price

Great old style Swiss Mountain hotel right at the bottom of the lift system. They also had a very nice SPA

Five Star Experience all the way!

This was a truly special experience. Staff were super friendly, personable and professional! Facilitis first class in very detail. Beakfast experince was next level. Would love to return if ever in the St. Moritz area again.

A special place

The hotel is located in a quiet little town surrounded by mountains and it's easily accessible from both railway stations on foot. We decided to stay there instead of St Moritz, which is a 45-minute walk away or a short train or bus ride, and we were very happy with our decision. We received free local transport cards on check-in. It's a beautiful hotel, extremely clean and kept in immaculate conditions. The staff are professional, unintrusive but warm and friendly. Breakfast is set in a grand salon. The buffet was excellent, only let down by the cappuccinos, which were ok but not barista made. Our room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the complementary hand and body detergents and body lotion were a pleasure to use. There was a good-sized wardrobe with slippers and robes and a small backpack, which could be used for daily outings. It's a place where you feel special and want to return again.

We were underwhelmed by the gym room and equipment, and there was no hot spa.

Lovely hotel, well presented

As we stayed for 3 nights we were given a transport & lift pass! Wow, this was great. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, good quality. This was an excellent tradition hotel, perfect throughout.

A very elegant hotel with access to good public transport

Very elegant public areas. The staff were really lovely and reception so helpful and pleasant. The views were stunning. The local bus service stops right outside the hotel and are frequent to St Moritz and note that the nearest train station is Celerina and not St Moritz at which many of the main inter-city routes stop.

Our room felt a bit “tired” and could do with new furniture although the bed was really comfortable and the views were stunning.

Loved all the staff in the hotel. All very helpful, the food was great in the asian restaurant too. Fantastic wine list.

The room, ok was the cheapest category, but was tired and in need of renovation. The shower doors were falling apart.

What a wonderful Hotel this is! Beautiful building, completely new decorated rooms with luxury all around, fantastic foods and facilities. And this is all set in beautiful surroundings with Mountain views. Then the super professional en friendly check in and very kind staff in the Hotel... Must come again.... Winter will be wonderful also.....highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel and fantastic staff. Cant be better. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options.

The furniture is a bit old or less modern I would say. A future upgrade would be advisable.

Great mountain get-away

Fantastic staff!! Spa was fantastic - just wish the 90C sauna would be active before 3pm. Ski lift at walking distance - just be aware that due to limited capacity due to COVID, the waiting time to go up in with the gondola in the morning can be quite long if you're not very early. Once up in the area no significant lines (Eastern holiday). Great little area - will have to come back when there's fresh snow, so I can explore further! Super ski storage under hotel with private lockers!! Best I've seen.

Room and bathroom was outdated. With the prices, I really shouldn't have to fight with the shower door to get it closed properly. FYI, cheese fondue not available in COVID-times.

Relaxed family hotel in the mountains

The spa was enjoyable and Giacomo’s restaurant was great. There is an excellent terrace to enjoy lunch outside. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The rooms are a bit outdated and the pillows are very bad, I would strongly recommend investing in new pillows.
