Excellent location and a very spacious suite that had a partial lake view! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff had organized a cake and small gifts as a surprise at the arrival in our room! Very lovely gesture! The reception staff were all very nice and the newly renovated parts of the hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again as very good value for money.

The hotel is currently under renovation and the breakfast is served on the 5th floor in a kind of worn out space and the options are not great for a 5 star establishment. However, having known this in advance as the hotel sent us a message beforehand it still works out fine.

I choose the hotel for location

The room cleanliness is poot Air-conditioning was not available. I couldn't open the window as the noise from the road was loud. The whole night i was awake after paying for two nights. I had to shorten the stay and requested the front desk agent. She said pay now full and booking.com will reverse my second night charges. I didn't get even the invoice. And no payment reversed. Really very bad experience with this hotel Also, restaurant service was poor. They don't have the buffet replenished and the service team was not approachable Please look into reimburse my second night

Facilities are very poor. Breakfast was just ok, the bar was not open and the glass bathroom does not lend to modesty .

Nothing much very busy street marking of the park was the city park across the street and on the lake it had nothing to do with the property.

Where do we begin? They’re in the middle of remodel which is not advertised. The upstairs bar restaurant was dated by about 30 years. The new rooms are very nice but you walk into a very disappointing entry with no amenities no bar no restaurant old and sad.

Beautiful facility and updated bathrooms in the suite. Staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location.

No working air-conditioner in either of our two rooms, although website states there is. Mid june temps outside are 87f. Uncomfortable to rest and sleep in temperature-wise. Suite was smaller than expected. No top sheets on bed. Much noise from street. Very poor breakfast options every day.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful hotel in Geneva, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure five days later, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to Manu, the ever-smiling doorman, who greeted me each day with such kindness. Sher and Sebastian at the concierge desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with all my requests and recommendations around the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. At the reception, Malvina, Albina, and Basile were simply fantastic. They were always courteous, efficient, and made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Staying here feels like returning to visit friends. The level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are consistent and exceptional. I look forward to coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva.

Proximity to all amenities. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean room.

The gym was not as modern or as inviting as one would expect for a 5 star hotel. For the amount paid, I think full breakfast should have been included.

Booked a junior suite advertised as bright airy room. Picture showed lots of windows and large space. Given room 303. Large living area. One small window. Medium bedroom- No WINDOWS! Bathroom- NO WINDOWS. Room was stuffy, dark and unpleasant. No air conditioning - a Geneva convention for May. Couldn’t open window but hotel staff did it for us. Complaints did nothing until checkout when a small discount was given. Also renovations caused a constant pulsing throb in the room until 10pm on our first day/night.

The suit I have booked was a bit disappointing, it's not worth the money, old furniture and design, the room was very hot I couldn't sleep literally, I wish they work more on the interior of the hotel

The hospitality and how friendly and helpful the stuff is from the bar man till the reception, the concierge, room service, housekeeping everything.. the location is superb , too

Rooms are too small. Breakfast was not included despite the high price. Breakfast itself was sub-standard.

Location is right at the fountain and middle of activity. shopping and dinning. I got a newly renovated room as some rooms are not renovated yet.

As my room is just below the roof top bar. loud music can be heard in the room and even after the music stops. some banging and dropping of things are still on going. And renovations is on going at the hotel so knocking sounds can be heard as early as 8:00am. There is no parking at the hotel. But the car jockey is very efficient to get our car ready at the time we wanted.
