Good location, good room but terrible service. Any staff tha was French was arrogant poorly trained, poor sills to speak

The staff was rude and poorly trained, the French speakers were very arrogant and incompetent. They ca poorly speak English and never made any effort to be polite towards customers…

-The location is great just in front of Geneve lake you can by walking , a lot of shops and cafes next to the hotel - the staff are friendly

The breakfast is not buffet and you cannot refill like other hotel so better for you to take the breakfast to be delivered at your room without extra charges at least you will grantee place to sit

Very disappointing and certainly not value for money

Room gave on to the front but had no view as the window was so high up. Also the lack of proper blinds meant that I woke very early. The chairs needed re-upholstering. In fact everything needs redoing. The lining of the curtains fell below the curtains. Decor tired and old-fashined

The room was very disappointing. For some reason light from the back of the TV lit up at 4:00, causing me to wake because the light was so bright. Noise from outside also made it difficult to sleep and this was on a Monday.

Hotel, our room and personell.

The only issue that sometimes caused us small problems, was the WiFi network - sometimes it dissapeared and was difficult to restore it. Otherwise, the hotel and the personel were absolutely perfect! I will certainly reccommend this hotel to my all friends and business partners.

A charming hotel with exceptional service and a team that truly cares about its guests.

The hotel has a warm and elegant atmosphere in a perfect central location. The rooms are clean, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially Naomi from the front desk, whose kindness and positive energy made my stay truly memorable.

There was nothing major to dislike. Everything met my expectations, and the team was always helpful. Maybe adding more variety to the breakfast menu would make the experience even better.

Perfect choice Hotel for city break stay.

Perfect location, very easy & quick bus connections from airport to hotel. The hotel is walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, dining and public transport. Well appointed 5 star accommodation, very comfortable & clean. Would be first choice for a return visit.

Very beautiful old hotel in the best possible location between the old city and the waterfront. You can have breakfast in your room and it was delicious! Nice interior and very friendly staff :)

The location and charming staff and very clean hotel.

The toilet was in a different room than the bathroom and a bit tight. Also I wish they had a bidet. Finally the bed mattress needs to be firmer for a more comfortable bed.

The location is very central and easily accessible.

At 4.30pm my room wasn’t ready yet. The man at front desk was very apologetic but check-out was at 12.00 and I wasn’t offered even a small extra time or anything else as an apology.

Best hotel in Geneve

I have stayed at this hotel 20+ times, usually for 1-2 nights. By far the best location in town. Rooms are great and spacious with an interesting aesthetic. Staff is excellent, food is very good. Outside lounge/terrace is beautiful.

Relaxing stay in the heart of Geneva

The location was perfect and I loved that the deco was in keeping with the style of the building.

The bell boys at the reception were exceptionally friendly and were always smiling and friendly.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Geneva.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. Also liked that the hotel is in a very pretty square, with cafes, restaurants. No traffic, very quiet. Loved that I could bring my large (Weimaraner) dog to the hotel. My dog was also warmly welcomed to the excellent hotell restaurant in the evening.

The decor in the hotel is a little bit outdated. My dog had no bed in the room. The staff was informed about the breed of my dog, prior to my arrival. It could add an extra nice touch to provide a bed for the dog.

Lovely 3 nights in Geneva

The room was spacious and lovely and had all the necessary amenities, including being served Swiss chocolates every evening. The location is great and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. It's in the middle of a nice square. We had dinner at the hotel's fine dining restaurant. The food was excellent and the service immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Character with exceptional attention to detail

The room was large and well furnished, there was a real sense of comfort and class everywhere. Large modern bathroom kept in the same old style as the rest of the hotel, comfortable bed with feather pillows and covers, lots of purposeful spaces - a table with the coffee machine, a separate desk with chair, large wardrobe in a separate entrance area. Overall a wonderful, wonderful hotel.

Breakfast is expensive but not that surprising for Switzerland
