    Excellent hotel, well located, friendly staff, well appointed rooms. You need to ask for a kettle if you want to make tea and they dont keep tea sachets or water in the room.

    The hotel is beautiful and very close to central Geneva, lots of restaurants and shopping. Rooms were a decent size and very well appointed. That said, the hotel lacked porters, the reception staff was shockingly unable to provide recommendations, and the breakfast was sparse.
