Cosy accommodation but price to quality ratio was disappointing

The bed was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped and nicely organised and the amenities are great! The staff very helpful and professional.

The rules specifically indicated no smoking, yet the room was pungent with the smell of Marijuana. It was literally unbearable, and for a premium room as such it is unnacceptable. Additionally, it is listed as soundproof, yet I could hear the people from the next room talking like we were sharing a room and there was no wall in-between.

Property close to lake and train station, big rooms and staff very friendly. Nice amenities provided.

Property decorated nice but slightly dated/worn. Personally I found the beds too hard and I think breakfast was overpriced, nice options nearby for a cheaper price!

It's a really great hotel with excellent design. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva, and major attractions are all within a few kilometers. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is good, and the restaurant staff are professional and patient.

Nice hotel and staff but impossible to recommend due to the heat

Great location, nice room, although a bit dated in the bathroom. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

We had a room on the 5th floor and it was unbearably hot. The air con is not capable of cooling the room. It wasn't broken it's just not very good. Room was expensive

Exceptional small luxury hotel, very well located and would highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were very impressed with the decor and standards throughout the entire hotel. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant!

No negative points to note here.

An uncomfortable experience...

I did want to mention one incident that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Around 5:30 PM, a staff member knocked on my door and, before I could respond, she opened the door. I had just finished changing and started resting on the bed, so it was a real surprise. She mentioned she had some chocolate for me (which was a nice gesture), but I couldn’t help thinking—what if I had been asleep? Or not in the room at all? Would she have come in anyway? I understand this may have been meant as a kind surprise, but it would have been much more respectful to wait for a response before entering. Privacy is important, especially in the late afternoon or evening. Despite this, I did enjoy my stay and hope this was just an isolated incident. With a bit more attention to guest privacy, this hotel would be truly excellent.

Perfectly placed for our stay to explore Geneva. Staff helpful and informative. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

The worst hotel I have ever staid in…a rip off!

Everything! Room not like pictures on booking. Smaller, weird smell and very very dirty & dusty! They don’t clean the room! Stained carpet!! I had to ask them many times but all they do is fix the bed! Though I have told them I have allergy and there is a lot of dust in the room…they don’t care! No view at all… although, I booked the signature room, my view was the roof of the other building, can’t open the curtains because it is so close and exposed to other buildings! Very dark room, no enough light coming from outside and not enough light inside the room and when I asked for extra light they said they don’t have. The bed is old and uneven what makes it uncomfortable at all! I asked for a firm pillow and they said they don’t have! The linen are ripped! They say it is renovated, but the room furniture and doors are very old, more like dated!!! The breakfast is very limited and smoked salmon, cheese, meat and eggs were placed on a regular service table with no proper cooling!! It horrified me to eat anything from this station. I ordered once an omelette, I have received something tasteless with fishy smell! The location was ok, close to walk around but in a small street, squashed between two other buildings! As for the value, it is overpriced considering all of the above. It is a rip off!!!! I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars! On what basis?? No service, no cleanliness, no facilities! 1 star is what it deserves!!!
