Good location, well equipped hotel and convenient to go and visit Geneva center

The bathroom is the best part of the room: well thought through, compact, and very clean.

The Tv screen is too small to make it an enjoyable moment.

Fantastic location, right in the centre. Sleek design of the room, very practical. Kettle in the room. Very friendly staff at the reception and everywhere!

The matress / bed could be a bit firmer for our liking, same goes for the pillow. I guess it comes down to personal preference.

Brilliant location for train travellers

Location for anyone travelling by train could not be more convenient. Rooms are modern.

Feather pillows - personal choice. A second chair would have been useful for us.

Odd, Dated Hotel

Close to the train station

Hotel design was odd. There were mirrors all over the hallway and we almost walked into them multiple times. Hotel keys are big clunky metal keys with large keychain attachments. Bed was very thin and rickety/unstable. TV was about 30 cm wide, smaller than a laptop screen, and seemed 20 years old. Room layout didn't allow for much privacy between the bathroom and bed area. Staff was rude and unhelpful at check-in. We didn't get our Geneva Transport card before we arrived, only at hotel check-in. Luggage holding room didn't seem secure. They had us go in/out of the room without checking ID. Someone could've easily stolen ours.

The hotel is located next to the train station in a crowded area with not enough parking spaces around, due to many businesses and commercial buildings. However, there were a few public underground parkings, a 5-10 minutes away. The staff was very helpful.

Cozy and great location for short stay

Great location, very close to main attractions including Jet d’Eau, the flower clock and the Old Town, as well as great access to public transport systems. Lots of restaurants and takeaway places around so lots of choices available for food. Room was spacious and clean with good facilities (looked exactly as shown in pictures). I booked a single room but got a twin room so there was plenty of storage for my items. Loved the lighting in the rooms and bathroom facilities. Staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. They provided an international adaptor when asked (as I brought the wrong type!). Good, basic breakfast.

Beds were not as comfortable as I would’ve liked, especially the pillows. Could have had more selection of cereals at breakfast and brown bread. Curtain in room did not close all the way (although not major) but could cause concern about people in street being able to see into room, also meant less effective blocking of sunlight in early morning when trying to sleep. Room got quite warm at night. Rooms not completely soundproof as at times could hear people in corridor at night. Lastly, it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep food if needed, as well as long life milk available in the room for the tea/coffee.

The staff were courteous and kind, but the design of the hotel was not the best

1. Although the ambient temperature was over 27 C, the air conditioning was not working. We were offered the lame excuse that “summer had not yet arrived”. 2. The mirrored walls on the upstairs corridors were very disorienting. 3. The light switches were located in bizarre positions and were not very responsive.

Good location, minimalist hotel

Good location, friendly staff and quick check in, clean room.

Minimalist style to the room, which didn't include a bedside table. No net curtains so the people in the building opposite could see directly into my room.

Perfect stay

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is really nearby the train station and have access to the busses and trams. The surrounding area has a lot of food eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. The room was very spacious and clean.

Location right in front of Geneva train station. Super convenient to commute both to the city and other cities.

Staff is not very friendly. We also need to request for the bus ticket which they supposed to give to all tourists without asking. Bed is hard. They only provide one pillow per person.
