    Amazing location right in centre of Geneva. Beside a pharmacy with shops and restaurants all around. No reception self check in only, but the owner who we got into contact with was incredibly hospitable. Our room only has a fan, no AC. there was bag storage too for before check in

    Great location, supermarket 2 minutes away. Very comfortable bed, slept well. Fresh and clean room but would have liked air con as it was 31 degrees

    Well located hotel with public transport and grocery and departmental store nearby that also offers takeaway and a restaurant for food. The kitchenette was convenient to prepare coffee and tea, although we could not find a microwave there. Staff were friendly. You can message reception via WhatsApp for a free pass for public transport in the city. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

    The fact that there is no receptionist made a big difference. Most (younger) people may find it easy once you get the codes, etc. I had hard time. In the night coming back from dinner there was a guy in the street shouting and following me. I had to run towards a bus stop nearby with some people, to avoid him. This would not have happened at Cornavin hotel or other nearby with a proper receptionist. I would justify this system if it were half price of the other hotels but it was only slightly cheaper. The toilet inside the shower is another story. Overall I was very disappointed. This system is made to optimise profit but not thinking on the well being of the costumer. On the positive side, it was clean and the help from some humans following me in the inside camera was efficient. But getting there was by chance since someone came out of the building and left me in and knew the telephone number of the owner. Random luck.
