Perfect location. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the city, mountains and lake.
I was unpleasantly surprised that the hair dryer in the room couldn't be plugged in anywhere, it didn't fit into any socket, and neither did the iron. And it was a hotel hairdryer. When I reported this to reception, I had to wait about half an hour for the correct adapter to be brought. This is completely unacceptable.

Loved the place. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for my next work trip and stay again. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!
The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Although staff intervened, it was still not the best. Hopefully the ongoing renovations will resolve the issue.
