    Although it is a very clean hotel with a very helplful and polite stuff, and our room was very spacious, it has no relation with the royal manotel situated on 31 rue de Lausane. Jade has no good evacuation of water in both sink and bathtub, the intervention of house keeping could not resolve the problem. air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot nights of August. Breakfast was correct but not with variety. The bathroom door was semi visible from the room to the bath because the door is a glass sandblasting material, which also couldn't close correctly at the upper left side due to bad construction- application method. Although beds and matresses were excellent, these above mentioned details make the difference! After our remarks the head stuff of the hotel proposed us to move in to the Royal Geneva at the 31th Lausane street and with an amount of 439 chf we got an upgrated room a junior suite that was really exceptionnal like the other hotel's services. So we had a day lost to make these changes but everything got as scheduled!

    I was on official mission and Jade Hotel was an excellent choice with a confortable room, tasty breakfast and very friendly and helpful personnel. The location was super, ealking distance to the Lake and good transport connection to my office. I will retun definitely.

    The facility was decent but rooms were small for a family of 3 to stay. Breakfast menu was also very limited.
