    They ask me my credit card, when I left They deducted 60 CHF without inform me, they deducted some drinks and chocolate They put it in my room and they didn't inform me that not free.

    All the front desk staff were very friendly, good quiet comfortable room, breakfast had a very good selection and fresh breads and pastries, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, only 5-10 minutes walk to lake/bus station/train station. Recommended!

    A very good quality hotel in a very convenient location with exceptionally helpful staff.

    Not very near to the station however there’s a supermarket directly in front less than 5m away (Denner) so convenient to get supplies. Also restaurants are all within walking distance from hotel.
