The hotel was very attractively decorated in a winter chalet theme. The restaurant was particularly beautiful and the all staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. It was centrally located, a short walk to all attractions. We really enjoyed our nights stay here.

The staff were highly professional, friendly and hospitable.
The room was very clean with good quality toiletries.
The location was superb, a short walk to the town centre, around the beautiful lake.

Location, alpine style furnitures, cleanliness, good breakfest
Evening al carte menue was very narrow and and limited, i.e. chicken , poultry were not availble , pork only a single greasy dish.
poor quality and extremely slow IT devices, much difficulties to have a print out regarding boarding cards
