Functional and sweet accomodation in a central Geneva spot.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is close to the train station and the part of town is not the best. But it is central, safe and clean like all of Geneva. The staf was outstanding, their stellar performance indeed merits a top rating for the hotel, despite some small shortcomings. The bathroom designer was definitely too experienced, the functionality of the bathroom was below average, despite the ample space. The shower had no barrier to water coming out and the slope of the floor was wrong, so water flooded the floor when one showered. The shower curtain covered only about 2/3 of the opening so water would splash out in any case. The sink had no space for amenities and created a feeling of cramped space in an otherwise very spacious bathroom. On small piece of advice, please ask the cleaners to wear hair protection so that their hair is not spread all over the floor...

Perfect

Base is excellent accommodation, flexibility of kitchen. The bathroom is lovely and great shower. Beds comfy and linen crisp and good quality. Decor is very relaxing. The staff are incredible, the best customer service I think I have ever experienced. The bonus of this accommodation is the roof terrace with indoor and outdoor space and kitchen facilities. We night breakfast from a lovely Boulangers 2 streets away had breakfast on the terrace. Amazing. We only stayed one night but you could really enjoy this space more if you are staying for a bit longer. I will be back and may also stay int he one I. Lausanne too.

Great new modern studio apartment

New property that is new, modern and very clean. Loved having a studio. Nice rooftop sitting area. Great location and very kind staff.

The kitchen lacked a microwave which would be more useful than the oven. There’s no drawers so limited closet space for non hanging clothes.

I only had one issue with my stay which was the Air conditioner which was not working and the room was extremely hot where i couldnt get any sleep. I was assured that it would be fixed the next day. Upon checking the next day I was told by a other staff the technicans were always planned to come 2 days after. So I stayed full nights without air conditioning which was very uncomfortable for me. Finally they fixed it on the third day, which made it better.

A great Geneva base. Brand new, spacious, high spec apartments with cool roof terrace.

Brand new building and facilities. All spotlessly clean. Big room, decent sofa bed. High end equipment (Joseph & Joseph, Villeroy & Bosch etc). Cool roof terrace. Staff super helpful- couldn't do enough.

No reception staff on site at weekends (though available online).

Очень понравилось проживание в Base Geneva. Апартаменты новые, чистые и уютные. Расположение просто отличное — буквально рядом с вокзалом, удобно добираться куда угодно. На самом вокзале есть супермаркеты Migros и Lidl, где мы закупались продуктами — всё под рукой, очень удобно. Внутри апартамента всё продумано: кухня полностью оборудована — есть плита, посудомойка, вся посуда. На 5-м этаже есть терраса с кухней и отличным видом на город — несколько раз поднимались туда вечером, очень атмосферно. Отдельный плюс — прачечная (4 франка в час), можно спокойно постирать вещи. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готовы помочь. Если ещё раз будем в Женеве, остановимся только здесь.

Mérite un détour, cela dépend dans quel sens

Le fait que ce lieu d'hébergement se situe à proximité d'une salle où avait lieu un concert dont le programme nécessitait notre présence.

Le fait que le mode d'accueil soit constitué, le pas de la porte étant franchi d'à peine un mètre à l'intérieur de cet établissement de construction récente, par un comptoir où figure bien en vue une pancarte et une tablette informatique vous invitant dès à votre arrivée, à finaliser vous-même la procédure de votre enregistrement, tel un formulaire de demande de visa d'entrée, numéro de carte d'identité ou passeport, lieu de délivrance, date de validité, et ce jusqu'à ce qu' un préposé à la démarche qui normalement devrait lui revenir, étant occupé par ailleurs, apparaisse et termine ce que vous avez entrepris, étant parvenu moi-même à le faire pour l'un de nous deux afin d'obtenir le droit d'accéder à une chambre, studio parfaitement conçu en termes d'utilisation de l'espace disponible pour y introduire le plus efficacement possible des équipements de confort moderne où figurent par exemple en très grand nombre des prises de raccordement USB , preuve s'il en était besoin qu'un soin technologique de tout premier plan est apporté pour établir un rapport de connivence informatique avec une clientèle en faisant usage, ce qui est mon cas, mais pas au point de négliger l'essentiel des relations humaines.

Hotel nuevo en zona incómoda

El personal siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Hotel nuevo próximo al centro. Travel card para utilizar gratuitamente el transporte público.

Es incomprensible que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas hagan una limpieza a fondo de un apartamento tan solo una vez a la semana, y, si se quiere un día más, se indique que hay que pagarlo. Dormir con las mismas sábanas siete días (y en algún caso, algunos días más) no es nada higiénico, por no hablar de la suciedad que se acumula en el suelo a lo largo de ese tiempo. Para colmo, la razón a la que aludieron para no limpiar diariamente es que el alojamiento es ecofriendly, pero, de ser así, no cambiarían las toallas todos los días. Junto al tema de la limpieza, la ubicación es algo incómoda al estar próxima a una zona de yonkis (da un poco de miedo si la persona va sola). De esto no tiene culpa el hotel, pues está al lado de la estación, pero lo señalo porque sí que puede ser definitorio si se está valorando seleccionar alojamiento.

Przemiły pobyt w rozsądnej cenie.

Generalnie hotel super, czyściutko, przemiła, bardzo pomocna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja, cisza. Nie korzystałam ze śniadań, więc jeśli chodzi o ten aspekt nie mogę się wypowiedzieć, co do reszty absolutnie fantastyczne miejsce.

Jeśli bardzo chciałabym sie do czegoś przyczepić to może bliskie sąsiedztwo bezdomnych. Chociaż, mimo częstego przechodzenia obok nich nie czułam się w żaden sposób zagrożona. Bardzo spokojni ludzie, nie zaczepiali przechodniów.
