The stay was exactly as described - home away from home with impeccable service and facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be returning when we find ourselves in Geneva.

I only had one issue with my stay which was the Air conditioner which was not working and the room was extremely hot where i couldnt get any sleep. I was assured that it would be fixed the next day. Upon checking the next day I was told by a other staff the technicans were always planned to come 2 days after. So I stayed full nights without air conditioning which was very uncomfortable for me. Finally they fixed it on the third day, which made it better.
