Good location. Two stops on the tram from the main train station walking distance to Geneva Lake.

Restaurant was expensive but so is most of Geneva!

From the moment we arrived, the hotel created a wonderful first impression. Myriam, who welcomed us at reception, was incredibly positive, warm, and helpful. She provided us with a wonderful room, shared useful information about the city, and assisted us with transportation recommendations. Our room was spotless and maintained impeccably throughout our stay. The coffee machine, bathtub, comfortable bed, bathrobes, and slippers all added to a great sense of comfort and relaxation. On one occasion, we requested an ice bucket and wine glasses, and they arrived within just five minutes — the service was excellent. We also experienced a smooth and hassle-free check-out process. Although another colleague assisted us with check-out, Myriam noticed us before we left and kindly asked whether we had enjoyed our stay, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only downside was that when the master light switch was turned off, the power outlets also stopped working, which made it impossible to charge phones overnight. We were unable to switch off the main light separately.

The location is perfect.

At check in when i tried to check in about 2 hrs earlier than the specified checking in time (3:00pm) I was told that no i can’t do that unless i paid an extra fee which is extremely weird to me because normally this is done normally as a term of good hospitality in the decent hotels . While noting that i was there with my wife and my crying 8 month baby , but the lady at the check in didn’t seem to care specially the lady (Meryam) at the reception, who didn’t treat us with the hospitality we anticipated .
